Certainly my interest in the EPL has diminished greatly in the last 10 years or so. I've also probably saw a handful of Champions League games in the last five years as well. Like you say, I don't really recognise it as proper football anymore. I still take an interest in the lower leagues in England as I have family in Barnsley and get down to a couple of games a season. For the Premier League shirts on kids, that's been the case for 30 years or more. I'm 37 so was just a kid when the EPL kicked off in '92. My parents got me loads of shirts when I was a boy. Man Utd, Arsenal, Liverpool, Newcastle. Even a belting Man City away kit in the Kinkladze days. I actually think you see more Scottish tops on youngsters these days (you'll always have lads having the EPL tops, plus Inter Miami etc due to Messi) but you also see a lot more tops of the "diddy" sides around. Being in Lanarkshire, I see a lot more kids wearing Motherwell tops, which is great, but I've even seen youngsters wearing Hamilton & Airdrie tops, which you would hardly ever see 20/25 years ago. -

Going back to the Goal of the Season; Slattery v Hearts all day long. A genuinely wonderful team goal. Spittal v Celtic in 2nd place. I'm never that impressed about players pinging it in from 25/30 yards. It's more luck than anything else the ball ending up where it does. A great wee bounce about in the stands when it happens, tbf. -

Besmirching the good name of Yann Soloy. Shame on you. -

I would also find this scenario funny, tbf. Signs off with a hat-trick before an £800k move to Shrewsbury or some other EFL non-entity. -

Why? I think it's a brilliant thing for the league. -

When did your team shite it big time?
Desp replied to DA Baracus's topic in Scottish Premiership General Chatter
Everyone can probably name a handful that happened to their own team, but this was an all-timer. Even I felt sick when St. Mirren lost that one. Slighly harsh, I'd say. I was at the game as a neutral that day and it was just one of those days. Hibs were absolutely fantastic, with a superb young side, and would've ripped most teams to shreds. This, plus the Albion Rovers debacle, means that until my dying day I'll argue that McCall was a very poor Motherwell manager. Stevie Wonder could have taken us to 2nd spot with the team we had and how poor the rest of the league was at the time. -

I dunno. There's still that massive bit of space next to where the College sits. I know they're building a road through the bit further up but there's still loads of room left, IMO. That would be alright for me. Would be on the Fir Park side of the land and you could stoat up the new back road from the Century in 10/15 minutes on a Saturday! -
Dundee v Motherwell - 6th April

Not linking the article as it's the Sun, but Tannadice, McDiarmid Park, Gayfield & Hampden all discussed as possible venues for this game if Dens Park isn't playable. No time to rearrange the dates due to the split so the SPFL want the game played somewhere. Fir Park is free... -

Surely the first 300,000 questions you ask off the back of this proposal is, on repeat, "why the f**k do you want to do that? What's in it for you?" -

This is massively important, too. Said similar on the auld Twitter.com last night. We shouldn't be looking to see what "a family" is claiming they'll put into the club, it's what they're looking to take out. If enough people look beyond the first to concentrate on the second, we'll be fine. Do you trust enough Motherwell fans to do that though?
