  1. It'll be nice to have the option to start going to games again. That said, now that I've put more time/money into other hobbies/interests, I can't see myself getting to as many games as I used to.
  2. Liam Boyce has a touch like E.T. (the Extra-Terrestrial)... it's simply out of this world!
  3. It's been that long since we played Airdrie that I'm still expecting to see Kenny Black in the dugout and Stephen Robertson to have a blinder in goals. God, I loathed Paul Lovering.
  4. The Liam Boyce Shuffle. Just pure cinema.
  5. Iacovitti was Alex Keddie for Generation Z. Solid in the air and solid at aimlessly hoofing the ball upfield.
  6. I was out at an Inverness pub a few months ago and quite a lot of the Caley players were in. They were quite vocal about not liking Dodds and wanting him gone. Edit: mind you, who isn't vocal if they don't like their management?
  7. The Caley hiring a known bigot? Couldn't be my clu... Oh, nevermind.
  8. The relief of avoiding relegation on penalties has definitely influenced how folk view the squad. There's a post a few pages back that mentions a decent core / nucleus in place for next season and I couldn't disagree more. The team were mostly terrible this season and that core / nucleus was mostly the same. I think there's a fair bit of work required if County don't want to finish in the bottom two again next season. The budget under Mackay is probably larger than most people think. I doubt he's on peanuts and I doubt guys like Purrington and Dhanda were leaving the EFL to come up to the Highlands for a poverty wage.
  9. It's because our main striker needs to be wheeled into position like a medieval siege engine.
  10. Stick a fork in us Jerry. We're done. Malky is a fraud but there's a lot of players who just aren't up to the standard required either (and the occasional good performance from them shouldn't cover up that fact). There's maybe three players in the entire squad who are capable of moving on to a better club in the Premiership.
  11. For whatever reason, Veja seems to be quite popular in Inverness, of all places.
  12. "15 years of state-sponsored football and two Champion's League finals, you'll never sing that"
  13. That's the clearest penalty you'll see all weekend.
  14. I picked this up the other day after reading your review. I've not touched the PS4 since finishing God Of War: Ragnarok so I'm looking forward to a change of pace away from mammoth open-world games (although GOW:R was a lot less grindy than both Horizon: Forbidden West and Ghost of Tsushima).
