  1. Got him pegged for a sniveling bottom in prison…”highest possible…”…
  2. So, the following LLC’s have had their licenses cancelled in New York State, and are to be liquidated: The Trump Organization LLC - Controls some 500 worldwide business entities, founded in 1927 by Donald Trump’s grandfather and now destroyed by Donald Trump. DJT Holdings LLC - Management company for investments. DJT Holdings Managing Member LLC - Pass-through company for DJT Holdings LLC, a tax dodge. Trump Endeavor 12 LLC - Manages Trump National Doral Miami. 401 North Wabash Venture LLC - Don Junior’s construction and developing plaything. Trump Old Post Office LLC - Manages Trump International Hotel Washington D.C., BLT Prime, The Spa by Ivanka Trump and Trump Gift Shop. 40 Wall Street LLC - Real estate control of said address/building. Seven Springs LLC - 213 acres near Bedford, New York, owned by the Trump Organization and thus pobably subject to liquidation. Considered to be the family home by Donald Trump, was owned by the Organization to dodge property taxes. I expect the appointment of a receiver to be delayed beyond the 10 days ordered, and Donald to start maneuvering to salvage things, but it’s doubtful this will be overturned. The Martin Act, which is what was relied upon to get this conviction, simply requires the numbers provided be false, and that was determined to be true in December of 2022. Edit: Judge extends deadline for the two sides to propose a list of three possible receivers to 30 days and clarifies to Trump’s attorneys that he will address if the properties can continue under receivership or must be sold. Mar-a-Lago possibly listed in Trump Organization as a business owned property and not a personal property…which would mean it gets sold off.
  3. Arbroath 1-1 Inverness Ayr 1-2 Raith Dundee United 5-2 Queens Park Morton 1-1 Airdrie Partick Thistle 2-1 Dunfermline
  4. Lovely rumours and questions swirling in the aftermath of the Crimea missile strike. Ukrainian Special Forces have possibly played a blinder here. So now the word is out that there is a rumour circulating in Crimea that a group of Russian Officers, who hadn’t been paid in some time, sold the information on the meeting time and attendees to USF, via a nebulous partisan group. Here’s the beauty…it doesn’t matter how USF got the info to strike the meeting, this will hurt the Russian military and supporters. So, what does Russia do now, they assign some counter-intelligence people to look into this. Will they find something, oh yes they will…if they don’t, the paranoia will result in those people being blamed as in league with the traitors. Did some Russian Officers sell the data, perhaps…is there a partisan organization there, maybe…did Captain Ivan toss a meeting agenda in the trash where Custodian Olena finds it while cleaning up his office, it’s possible…has USF tapped into Russian comms, could be. If counter-intelligence visits, they’ll find someone to blame so they won’t be blamed. They will cause worry and talk among Russian military personnel, the lower ranks will fear being blamed because that’s how it normally works, and so will report all sorts of minor things they’ve seen officers doing, because once you are looking for something suspicious, everything can be suspicious. The officers will fall over narcing out each other to protect themselves…a whole bunch of units will get new officers, resulting in lower efficiency for a while…and Vlad gets more worried about his position and the people around HIM. Bravo.
  5. All New York business licenses held by Trump and his companies have been revoked. The judge will appoint a receiver to supervise the dissolution of the entities, but surely the Treasonous Orange Fat F**ker has realigned stuff to protect against this. It is unclear if the entities could be reconstituted elsewhere, and the tax consequences of this dissolution could be “interesting”. This will be a business school case study for decades.
  6. I agree it’s broken here, but the standing charges you pay seem excessive compared to what appears to be our equivalent charge, that’s why I was wondering if there’s another component of it I’m missing. The U.S. energy market is a mess with splits, inconsistencies, and wild swings in power costs. In the last five years my costs per unit for electricity have started at a near record low, almost tripled, and collapsed back to 50% above the lows…and are still moving a bit lower, with a surge expected for this winter.
  7. Wondering what the “justification” for the standing charges are? Are they to cover the facilities/lines costs? My charges here are per KwH, with a fixed transmission cost added to the energy company rate per (right now it’s about $0.036 to the transmission monopoly plus $0.09 to my provider). This transmission cost is the same for every provider and passed on to the monopoly company. Some contracts have a base monthly charge, but I’ve never seen over $6.95, and that’s kept by the provider for Admin.
  8. Keeping you in your place, m8…she’s a psychologist, it’s all carefully designed to control you.
  9. Tuesday, 7 Sept 2021, 2-0 with Varian and Zanetta scoring. Afolabi red for tackle on Dick at 73’, Riley-Snow a second yellow at 78’ and Muirhead a second yellow at 80’.
  10. If they’d done that, then surely a Compulsory Purchase Order could have been used to acquire and demolish in the public interest, or is there some other factor (besides doddering old fools) at play?
  11. Short of switching to three in back, that’s about the only options without, as you say, tossing Hannah to the wolves. It’s important to note we’re now playing the number 8, 3 and 1 teams on the table right now, so we need solidity. Weird thought, if Watson is out…3-3-(4)2-2 Millen/Murray/Dick, Brown/Stanton/Byrne, Easton/Hamilton/Smith/Mullin anyone?
  12. Gotta be honest, I know a lot of women that don’t need the snarling part of the protection device…
  13. Well, kick off your heels, sarge! ”Florida man”…just saying. However… Climbing fences… Going through fences… https://www.cltampa.com/news/video-shows-florida-alligator-easily-blasting-through-a-metal-fence-15219849
  14. Apparently a Ukrainian response to Russian efforts to electronically intercept Ukrainian drones. It seems they’ve added a self-destruct package to these drones, and the Russians already knew about it…yet the Russian Air Force and local FSB decided to pose for pictures with their trophy before it was inspected and defused by a UXD team. Might just be a win for Russia if it killed that many idiots…
  15. Shoulda used the Army to drive them back at rifle point…might make them more thoughtful about pointing their bang sticks at people.
  16. You know the rules, pictures or GTFO!
  17. Amusingly, the exact reverse may well be the same question if Saturday. If Watson’s concern keeps him out, we have the choice of Masson at CB or move Dick to CB and put McGill or Hannah on at LB…neither move engenders confidence, although McGill has generally done well. Will Raith take their chances could well be the season’s theme so far.
  18. Seems to be every Friday, and expecting groups suggests Newcastle fans or such. Just weird it’s that particular route and time only.
  19. In the U.S., the vast majority of the Right want the police to shoot those annoying types…it’s the people that look like them they don’t want them shooting. I would strongly encourage the Met (a bastion of what’s right…) to not fold to the pressure and turn into a U.S. police force with an accent!
  20. Interesting to pick only that direct service and not the 7.52 as well…nor later no transfer service…why that one? “Which trains can't I drink alcohol on? The alcohol-free policy will apply every Friday, on the 09.52 Aberdeen to London King's Cross train, between Aberdeen and Newcastle (and all calling points in between). We expect a number of large groups to be travelling on this train, so to help make it a pleasant experience for everyone, we'll be operating an alcohol-free policy for part of the journey. This means that alcohol cannot be brought onto or purchased on board our trains at any stop between Aberdeen and Newcastle, and customers may be searched before boarding. Additionally, alcoholic drinks will not be served as part of the complimentary food and drink offer in First Class until after Newcastle. 21. Just trying to figure out exactly what the f**k a Bully XL is, as the breed hasn’t even made the news here in the U.S. Found a web-site with this gem: “Misconceptions About XL American Bully One of the most common misconceptions about XL bully is that they are aggressive. It couldn’t be further from the truth! XL Bullies are known for being amiable and loving dogs. They make great family pets and are excellent with children. That’s why dog lovers consider them as a nanny dog breed. These designer dogs are excellent family dogs.” They also mention a Bully XXL, which must be the Rock version of the XL. Maybe British Bully XL’s know that not everyone is armed?
