Good luck @benstokes38 Mine went missing for 3 days. They only had to bring 11 bags from Seattle @British_Airways 2 were mine. They lost one. Antony didn’t call me. I had to use my own contacts. Sat on the runway - no steps - no buses then no bag. They’re hopeless.
