German side Mainz have dropped out of the race to sign Cho Gue-sung.
The Bundesliga club aren't prepared to up their £2.7M bid which now leaves just Celtic & Minnesota Utd with live bids.
Cho has repeatedly stated his desire is a move to Europe.
