According to Zelensky’s office, Ukraine is losing 100-200 soldiers daily and around 500 are injured.

The main reason for these tremendous loses is the lack of artillery.
At this point it’s an artillery duel, lagging to provide Ukraine with MLRS and HIMARS will cause more death.
