It's OK from a distance but I wouldn't want the seat next to them

at least they haven't got a drum

I would imagine the drum will be in the new ultras section in the Gorgie stand, half a pitch length from me.

When I was at the Bernabeu they actually had a drumming section among their ultras. Must have been about a dozen drummers sitting together a couple of sections from our seats, all drumming in unison. Now that was impressive.

I wasn't expecting much but that's genuinely great. Was going to say perhaps a bit too stylised but there's an option to revert it to something less 3D so fair fucks.

I'm glad someone else appreciates it. Love how you can pick a seat and look at a scrollable view of the stadium from that seat. That function is probably available in lots of other club's sites but I thought it was cool.

  3. My dad wasn't really into football so my first game was with a mate when I was a young teenager. Hearts v Motherwell 23rd November 1985. Me and my mate wandered into the old enclosure in front of the old main stand. It was being used as the Family Enclosure at the time so it was a bit tame, but looking across to the Shed and hearing all the singing and chants was an incredible experience at the time.  'The referees a b*****d', 'You're going home in a Gorgie ambulance', 'It's magic you know, there's gonna be Gorgie Aggro' and 'So Fucking Easy'.  to a young impressionable teenager this was fantastic.   The football was pretty good as well, Hearts won 3-0. Hardly missed a game home and away for the next three seasons.

The club has already tried to discuss with hearts and got nowhere.

Hi Hearts it's Aberdeen here, can you not sell any more season tickets as it's impacting on the one or two trips a year a small fraction of our support make to Tynecastle? Yes I know clubs should be looking to increase and retain their core support and selling more season tickets is the best way to do this, but what about Aberdeen fans and their bi-annual visit to Tynecastle?  I know that you've got thousands on your season ticket waiting list, Hearts fans unable to attend Hearts games, but what about the Aberdeen supporters?...😄

I think where the capacity is now is roughly fine. I'd only look at extending it after a good decade or so at this level of attendance.

The predicted change in population of the Lothians shows a quite dramatic increase.

Every potential new football supporter turned away from Tynecastle due to lack of capacity, can easily be a new supporter of Hibs.  I would hate Hibs to have a financial advantage over us simply because we never increased the size of our stadium to allow for these new supporters.
