I explained I was told you were Don, I know you are not but it wound you up and given your entire presence on here is dedicated to winding folk up, I felt it was fair game. Ask your pal Roger the Nonce why he messaged a few of us accusing us of being John Ward. The well was first poisoned by the pair of you and other folk's hostility has been as a response.

    You still rattled?

Despite what you post i have no idea who Roger is although you have convinced yourself that i do.

For your record I have had a few civil chats with fellow Livi fans on this thread via DM.

See my post above to Liviforever re my position on the club. I've never hid that fact. You just don't agree with it.

with all due respect to you. You'll no tell me what i should and shouldn't post.

Remember the deal i offered you above 😀👍

I was ignoring you and your fellow hate Ward and Martindale amigo, as both of you have no room for debate there, and just hand out abuse when others don't agree with you both, and jump aboard the hound them out bus. I've got you off ignore, but i doubt i'll quote or respond to anything you post on that particular subject, there would be no point, you've made your mind up on that particular subject, so no cutting slack required from me there.

Happy to respond to anything else you post though, and i'll keep it civil.

    I don't hate anyone.

I have made a judgement as an adult based on what i have seen and heard over a prolonged period of time and have come to the conclusion that Ward and Martindale are not the right people to take the club forward.

I have further seen a sway of additional supporters who are of the same view. Some who have said enough is enough while they are at the club. So its not a narrow view with a particular agenda.

If you have other evidence that you want to put into the mix i am very happy to consider that but let's not hang onto Martindales performance of 4 plus years ago. Let's look at the last few years.

Furthermore and not to burst your bubble i have no other amigo on here i am adult enough to come to my own conclusions based on my own mind.

i am not asking you to comment on my posts or agree with me but i am asking you to accept I am allowed a different opinion to you without dissing it or accusing me of having an agenda.

    Thank You

Was giving it another go unblocking you, but you' haven't changed any, still the same arsehole comments from you.

Anyway, the FB forum has what, about 20 or 30 folk if you're lucky making strong protests about Martindale (still not enough to do anything) , the majority of our support don't comment on FB, or social media outlets, as much as you'd love it if everyone joined your hate campaign, it just isn't happening. Most of our support would be happy if Martindale left, but if he stays (and he will) it's pretty much the same as when Hoppy stayed on after we were relegated to League One, we'll renew our ST's and back the team regardless.

If things don't go well next season then aye, the vocal support for him to GTF will grow, but unless there is a change of regime controlling the club, he's going nowhere.

Maybe my arsehole comments have something to do with your approach towards myself.

I accept we have differences of opinion, however, we both share the same "want" of having a Livingston FC.

Cut others a little slack and we can maybe lift the debate up a notch or two otherwise i would stick to your blocking keystroke 😀

With respect, we were told at the meeting that the transition would take a wee while to carry forward.Would imagine their currently making sure it carries on smoothly as possible.Call it deluded loyalty, but il be renewing my ST.Supporters of course have the right to do so if they wish.Personally,as long as the club is there,il be there, regardless of the turmoil currently surrounding us.

Your prerogative to renew thats the democracy we live in.

Lets hope your not funding more court cases and that the money is spent wisely 👍

It's only really a small number voicing hostile opposition to Mrtindale at games, and on the internet.  The majority of our fans aren't on FB or football forums, and probably just like yourself Troy, they'll renew their ST regardless of whether Martindale is still here or not.

    The village idiot strikes again.

Go and read the FB forum, Twitter its not just the same few voices.

Not sure I'd waste my time at a protest but would most definitely sign an open letter from fans saying we think it's time he moved on.

As you keep bringing up the lack of opposition to Martindale why don't you begin/lead this coordinated approach?

It needs a formal approach /group to take the lead not an individual but thanks 😀 I would certainly join in and like you sign an open letter. Protest was one example.

The facts are with a core fanbase of 800 and no real collective voice through a supporters club or supporters trust it is going to be very difficult.

Roll on the new season 🙄🥴🙄

We've had this discussion on here already:

-There is fan pressure, boo's, abuse, social media posting etc. A number of fans aren't happy and in certain situations have let it be known. There is not much else can be done. Please enlighten us as to what you would like done.

-Of course fans will keep buying tickets because it's that money which now more than ever keeps the club alive. I for one would like to continue having a team to support.

-Of course the wider media isn't going into a frenzy regarding our off field issues because for the umpteenth time, the cases are ongoing. Various outlets have passed comment on it which right now is all they can do.

You are correct. We have spoken about it here before and it kinda falls on deaf ears. Its like we get the tambourine out and sing if your happy and you know it clap your hands kinda a cathartic approach

i am talking about a more co-ordinated approach to the unhappiness. A boo here or there wont cut anything i'm afraid. There could be a co-ordinated approach to stand at the front door in silent protest with banners  "Martindale Out" "Resign" on the last home game of the season - might not change anything but at least he would be in no doubt 😂 (he said recently he's off social media)

Copy what other clubs do when they have managers and volunteers boards like we have.

Not asking the media to report on live cases (albeit that happens every day in the criminal courts) but asking hard questions of ownership would be a start.

i accept we won't agree on this.

i'm away looking for the tambourine.

I’m not sure you can say there’s zero pressure when the fan post you mentioned seems to have gained universal support, both on Twitter and now on the FB Forum?

Giving season ticket renewal isn’t out yet, it’s not clear how fans can actively show their feeling.

Has the trust announced who’s been voted into positions?

I guess i was just going by whats said here and on the FB forum. You are right i should have said minimum pressure being asserted rather than ZERO.

i seen on here and FB forum people say i will renew regardless. That was my point.

When are the Trust due to announce names for the committee roles?

He’s the only person who affords opportunities, the only one who can challenge. Until he wakes up and sacks himself, or bankrupts the club trying and/or failing to get control of the ownership, he’s going nowhere.

I gather some members of his family now work at the club too. Will be interesting to see who does and doesn’t lose their job in the offices this summer.

I get that but there looks to be on the surface ZERO pressure from the fanbase. A lot of fans saying had enough but still going to fund the club with season ticket purchase.

There seems to be ZERO media interest to the behind the scenes shenanigans of court cases.

I just don't get it any other club there would be some from of external pressure but seems there is nothing at Livi despite how many are feeling

Any news on the Trust asking hard questions of the club?

No matter the result and no matter what that result means for your team, a manager should always have the decency to acknowledge the fans for their support. Martindale went onto the park at FT today, berated the ref and then went straight down the tunnel.

This angered me greatly, probably far more than it should have.

We disagree on somethings but we agree on this point you make about respect

Looking forward to next season is the more useful mindset now but one final grumble about last summer. All Martindale had to do was continue believing in what he'd built. Just leave things ticking along as they were. Use a back 4 and for the two centre back positions he already had 3 competent options in Obileye, De Lucas and Boyes. Then he had Fat Tom Parkes as his back up. Such an almighty error to second guess himself and to rip it all up, to switch to a back 3 and sink the budget on two shite centre backs significantly worse than the two players their arrival forced out.

The funniest way to sum up this season is that the best moment was watching that Tete Yengi header splat into the mud at Partick then dribble over the line.

You know and I know we should be building for next season with a new manager.

Martindale should do the honourable thing and walk but looks like he's no honourable so we're stuck with him

I can only really remember one Livi fan having a proper argument with Callum Carson, I wonder if that's the same person we're dealing with here :D Would make a lot of sense actually given they're also fairly publicly critical of Ward and Martindale too.

I've been outed as a few people over the last few months so lets throw that option in as well. 😀

Along with also being @Roger the cabin boy😀

Anyone know how the court cases went last week?

I really wish journalists would do their jobs and ask more specifically about the players out at the moment and when they are likely to be back.

Current list going by Martindale's comments after the game are: Donnellan, Montano, Penrice, Shinnie, Bradley, Nouble and Guthrie. It looks like Obileye might be added to that.

Given our position, I don't think there needs to be any secrecy if they are indeed injured.

He treats the Livi fans like Mushrooms. (Kept in the dark and fed sh!t)

The last few months have really highlighted just how good Callum Carson's coverage of the team was.

I am not sure i agree. Carson i believe was just too close to the club. As a local sports reporter he must have known about the off field ownership issues in court and yet chose to blank them out. Sometimes you felt it was more about him than the club.
