Surprised no one has mentioned that we, as a club, were an absolute bin fire last season. No player, aside from Sir Dan of Pybus, did any good last year and, sure, Chalmers was the absolute worst of the bunch. Even Matty Todd was rotten and he is player of this season so far for me. Playing under those managers didn't work. Chalmers was brutal, the worst of the bunch, and I dont think he will cut it in the Championship but I'm happy enough to forget last season and start again frooooommmmmmmmm......NOW! There was a time he was really good, bombing down the line. I'm sure Hibs were sniffing around then as has been said injuries took their toll. Not that he was ever a hard man but he seemed even more tentative in all aspects. If its still in there somewhere he could be class.

I remember going away to Brockville with Crawford and Coyle. Loved that yellow shirt we had. My dad reminds me of pieces of the terrace being chucked around and im sure some of the supporters buses got their windows panned in. Coyle was frightening that season, already getting on a wee bit but was a goal machine. But the stand out moment from that season for me was Craws goal at Love Street, sublime.
