  1. Does anyone know how these resale sites actually get the tickets to you?

I thought you had to be logged in via your own account on an app and screenshots etc aren’t allowed?

  2. Will definitely scale back the drinking in Jan, mainly to help lose a few pounds of holiday beef. Drinking is such an ingrained part of our culture that sometimes you need to commit to something like dry Jan to give yourself a break.

On a similar note, has anyone decided to give up vaping in 2024? I stupidly got into it having never smoked but quit cold turkey at new year. Then followed 3 days of utter hell which thankfully I seem to be coming out the other side of. Lesson Learned.

  3. Managed to get a cat 2 for Germany and a cat 1 for Hungary. Spewing a bit at the price but like others said, ye only live once.

    Absolutely buzzing!

  4. Booked my flights from the 15th to the 22nd banking on the fact that we wouldn't be playing in the opener. Turns out we would be missing the third game too.

Managed to get them change to 17th - 24th free of charge, but some of our lot are in a bit of a conundrum as they have enough points to ensure they get a ticket for the opener.

    Nice problems to have!

  5. Just seen the goal. Kelly has put in some stinking performances recently and needs a spell on the bench, to send a message if nothing else. If the ‘backup’ goalie isn’t capable of doing a job then what is he doing at the club?

We seem to have completely abandoned everything that got us the results earlier in Kettlewell’s tenure. I  can’t speak for today but against Ross County and Aberdeen we had midfielders in total panic mode launching the ball up the park without so much as a look up to see if we have anyone standing within 30 yards of where they are punting it.

Three of the 4 strikers are just not good enough for this level. Add in several seasoned ‘pros’ who have chucked it for 3  different managers now and things really start to look grim.

  6. All in all a night to forget.

Hate to sound like a wet wipe but the crowd were an absolute riot last night. had 2 hammered guys try and claim I was in their seat (after 60 and 70 mins respectively), some guy screaming at my section calling us all c***s because we weren't singing, and another hammered guy sat next to me talking utter shite in my ear for the entire first half.

Definitely the most pished crowd I've seen for a midweek game.

  7. Booked up for a week from the 15th to the 22nd.

if you’d have said to me a few years ago that I would be confident enough to book flights with 4 group games left to play, I would have told you to f**k off!

    1) Where have you seen it reduced £700…on the car, in an ad, or on the web?

    2) Similar cars for sale, with similar mileage and condition, are priced how compared to it?

    3) Do you have to have a car, or do you just want this car and can live without it? I assume the latter.

    1. On the internet

    2. It's tricky to compare because this one is quite a rare colour with a specific feature package. i have seen the same model, 6 months newer, with a similiar mileage for a grand less but its in white and doesnt have this interior package

    3. I need to have a car. i just don't need this specific one.

  9. Has anyone bought a car from Evans Halshaw?

Test drove a car about 3 weeks ago and they did not budge on the price at all. They have since reduced the it by £700.

it’s been on the forecourt for about 4 months. A couple of mates of mine have suggested that it’s overpriced still because it’s a couple of grand over the ‘we buy any car’ valuation.

I am often crap at negotiating so am trying not to jump in head first like I normally do.
