A business is liable for its debts, its shareholders are not.
I take that, they're the business owners so are they not liable? I invested my money in stocks and shares and my investment portfolio hit the rocks with me losing all my invested money, am I liable for the invested money I lost? Of course I am. Suppose business laws protect such circumstances like what DAFC fussball Inc or gbBh its called

Tell the Germans they're getting f**k all back, they made a c**t of it, Christ they're even blaming the fans for citing such bad behaviour regarding the obvious lack of signings. Their eyes must be painted on. Our 1st team squad has had and still does have injury prone players and no where near Championship level.

Surely to fcuk if the Germans were the majority shareholder they're the ones that liable for the finances of the club or did the wangle what shares belonged to who?

I can't say I have no faith in the manager because what we were able to achieve in L1 was good.
It was good in League 1 because the rest of the teams were shite. Now we're at the other side, our BODs are out of their depth, trying to convince themselves they're onto a successful venture. Looks good on paper with training facilities and academy prospects, aye if you've got the finances like most top English clubs. A paper thin squad is more akin to amateur clubs not our beloved club.

It’ll be interesting to see Livingston’s crowds next season especially if they don’t bounce back. No idea what their finances are like but Martindale always seems to plead poverty these days. Could they go the way Accies have? They’ve done well over the years to stay up in the top level.
I think some of Livis' core squad will end up leaving for pastures new. Their financial parachute payment might help them out next season but that'll be it. They may well survive the season in the championship but honestly, can't see them bouncing back up. Another Accies scenario? Maybe?

All I can say is 'well done'. Been a surprise package this season, my team has been plagued heavily with injuries so couldn't make a stamp on the league. Last night's result against Airdrie was in the making of a team resigned to the play offs. Dundee Utd have began to pull away and with only 4 games to go, they can only chuck it away. It's only a slim chance that we can make the play offs and if so, the chance to perhaps play against each other would be the making of a grand finale.

Rovers bottled it last night. They'll do well to finish 2nd top. Been a good season for the Wee Team. Can't wait till next season now for a wee bit of revenge.

The hilarity of punting Raith out the playoffs would be worth getting bodied 38 times next season.
It would be the cherry on the cake if it happened

Dundee Utd have everything to play for and everything to lose whereas Rovers, have everything to play for and nothing to lose.

Are you not wanting to win the league? I

At the end of the day, our players that was out injured are starting to gel. Cappielow has always been a hard place to get any results and to get one today wasn't any easier.

The two teams on their respective recent form are utter gash.
A good bet for a non score draw.

Anyone got a Bampot to English dictionary?
Bampot from the English Oxford Dictionary refers to any inhabitants within a 5 mile radius of Greenock.

Just underlines how tin-pot Rovers and Dunfermline are.
You'll know all about tinpot teams are, not too long ago your dearly beloved was out on a limb with injuries, we've had 8 first team players out with injuries for 3/4s of the season.

As much as I find Raith Rovers neighbouring rivals. I'd like to think Dundee Utd will blow it for the league title, finish runners up then get gubbed by the Premier league team in the play off. In all honesty, can't see it but hopefully tonight, you'll put a dent in the aspirations.

Aye OK lemon chops, hope your tenement close isn't as stinking as your team were last night.
Here's me thinking that every tenement close reeked of pish, well every time I've walked by a close there was a strong aroma of said stench.

I thought our game last week was a very poor performance with half the team injured but, according to the radio, Queens Park are running riot against a full Rovers team.
