Fun reading all that back, then reading Queens Park fans currently complaining about only scoring in one of their last 6 matches, an ineffective system, and shiteheart players being endlessly played.

Not surprising those who were fairly vicious in their defence of him, and lauded his form when he first went there and had a jibe at Saints fans who wanted him out, have suddenly decided to avoid all mention of it.

Sorry Motherwell fans, we’re on your forum, but this is exactly right. It’s also relevant as you see the poor management of Theo and many others by our inept managers.

Oh aye, I 100% get that - in a way that's why it's quite funny from an outsider's POV.

It’s much worse than you think. While much of the fanbase could see the trajectory under Davidson before it transpired, Nicolson was an apologist and calling us keyboard warriors and undermining our correct assessment all the way through CD’s (18 months too long) tenure.

I'm delighted at how well Bair has done this season.

I'm delighted at how raging St. Johnstone fans and media are about it.

But it would be madness not to take 750k + add-ons for him if that is accurate.

This Saints fan isn’t raging. I’m glad he has found what he didn’t at us. For that we blame Davidson and McLean. Never seen a player that the fanbase willed to do well. He simply didn’t fit with us and everything you have seen, we saw none of it.

The thing is, Saints have a decent very experienced manager (who I highly rate anyway), poor up front, but solid enough at back. Decent enough midfield.

County rookie manager (who I think should be given a chance, even if relegated...), County poor defensively, but we have Dhanda (Sheer quality) Simon Murray (runs his socks off each & every game). Just don't know what's up with White this season, usually gets fair few sprees of goals. Not this season.

Both teams should breeze the play offs.

Hope you’re right about the play offs. We have a bit more up front now so hopefully we’ll be ok. Then the rebuild begins as we clear out most of what’s left of davidson’s disastrous signing policy.

Most heads gone moment of mt season, last time we were away to St J.

Red card foul in front of me. Out my seat fucking screaming. Ref doesn't give it. Goes to VAR. I'm going bush that he needs var. Gives the red. I spend the next few minutes losing the plot at the guy that he needed var to give it.

Cue my boy saying to me, "dad calm down - he sent him off!"

Caught myself at that moment and sat back down.

I'm sure we all have those moments but I honestly lost it for a second 🤣

Sounds like your boy is more calm than you are lol

You don't know your living. It was much worse in the 80s, when just 12 people were attending matches at home to East Fife in the 4th tier.

In 1985/6: 3rd tier. Albion Rovers and East Stirling, not East Fife. Glory days, more enjoyable than this garbage. If Molly Brown came in for a tackle the opponent shirked it. Great stuff 😂

It's not often you get to enjoy an opponent"s goal but the boy's overhead kick was a superb finish. Clearly I didn't really appreciate it at the time due to it being the equaliser and the fact I knew a goal was coming as soon as I saw it was 3 v 2 at the back stick, but with the benefit of hindsight and 3 points under the belt, that was a beauty of a goal.

Most of the goals we see are scrappy, deflected or unintentional. That one was as you describe. They all count though, unless VAR disagrees.

They're just utterly desperate to find a reason to chop off goals. A sad state of affairs.

It does seem like that’s what they're doing, doesn’t it? Idiots seem to be saying to wait until we see if there’s anything, anything at all we can find.

Aye saying Levein hasnt used Carey is just wrong, tbh.

Not 100% sure why he didnt play v Aberdeen but it was highly unlikely much was ever changing between that line up and yesterdays.

You probably hope we'll end up replacing Matt Smith with Carey and keeping the shape the same, and then Jaiyesimi with Wright, as the season progresses.

Not the Wright we saw latterly, even when he won POTY there wasn’t much to beat!

Yeah it's been an unexpected great time in the top flight, just a shame all this off field shite has hamstrung us from being in a good strong financial position when we will finally be relegated.

Personally, and i'd imagine it to be the same for all the long term Livi fans that weren't spoiled by just top flight football and back to back top six finishes, i'm not too bothered where we play, we've all been around long enough to follow the team in every division. The top flight has been a blast though, humping Celtic for the first time, playing St Johnstone in a cup final, humping Hearts 5-0, lots of good times in the last 5 seasons up here. This one not so much, but we all knew it would come, clubs like Hearts, Dundee, Dundee Utd, and Killie have been relegated while we've played in the Premiership, it's no shock it's our turn to be sitting bottom now.

We saw St Johnstone work hard to establish ourselves and then nearly threw it all away when the chairman stepped back, appointed someone beyond their ability to run things and gave Davidson more money than any manager had from us in decades. We’re going to take a few years to recover from all of that, if we manage it. Ups and downs are ok, even expected, but I get it, it’s the manner and mismanagement behind it that is so galling.

    It definitely wasn't clever. So...

It's our AGM tomorrow so I'm looking forward to finding out how successful it's been (my expectations are not high).

oh it was defo cringe. I don't think I've recovered.

Saved me saying what I really thought of it. Susan Calman levels of parochial cringe. On field you seem to have picked up. Maybe the players watched the video and thought they better buck their ideas up?
