The Ultimate Super Ayr Thread

Looking over both their stats overall, McNulty with a better goals to game ratio playing at a higher level than May. May a goal every 3.4 matches, McNulty a goal every 3 matches. Obviously not much in it, but McNulty played regularly at English Championship level. May more goals in Scottish football, but spent most his career here obviously. -

Just the name I've heard from a source that's been not bad this season. Suppose it is a risk, however everyone is in terms of experienced pro's or young inexperienced players that we deal in. Hopefully done and dusted early today. -

He can’t be recalled, there was a deadline that has passed. -

Basically "We can't be arsed, but come use the Hub and have a free pint". Raith managed to have 10 buses go from their ground to Dundee Utd without any hassle. -

I had heard McNultys name mentioned today. Seems we have a few names banding about just now, whether one is right I don't know. Ideally one comes in and Bryden goes out on loan, somewhere like Alloa/QOS/Stirling would be ideal. -

That would be ideal. Musonda can cover left back, so that might come into their thinking as well. -

In: Sanders Out: O. Ecrepont, F. Ecrepont, Young, Senga, Ahui Probably wouldn't really count Ollie going, but that is 4 players who played and some regularly. Sanders probably covering Ahui, one to cover Young/Senga and an attacker, with another full back at a stretch. I wonder if Murdoch is maybe not too far away since we've seen him in training. -

All well and good you can phone and buy a ticket if you are a ST holder, however for general sale not being able to do that and not being open later during the week and only 10-5 and 10-4 when people are working won't be much of a help. Surely a late night on the Thursday would help out non ST holders who work within they hours? -

Same team as Tuesday, McGeady, Amartey and Sanders on the bench. -

Would imagine 1700 would be fine if you want a ticket. -

Wonder how Brown will play this, if he will change his formation to his favored 4231. Probably too soon for Musonda to be back in the squad, would imagine he'll be back next Saturday from the AFCON, if it's 4231 maybe something like this: Albinson McAllister Stanger McGinty Reading Dempsey Syla Chalmers McGeady* Murphy Dowds Subs: Mutch, Ahui, Watret, Donnelly, Tomlinson, Smith, Bryden, Rose, Amarety** *McGeady the only one I can think of who can play in that 10, unless he was to try Tomlinson in there, plus not sure if McGeady is even fit and available. **Is he still even at the club? -

Ayr closer to Dundee than what Inverness is, but would imagine this has been in the pipeline for a while. Not really a position we need, sure he is a winger. -

Full back that could cover both right and left back, centre half, centre mid and striker. Ahui back to Lincoln and Bryden out on loan. That would be an ideal January for me. -

Mitchell Frame for Celtic could be a shout, young left back who has been in and around first team squad for Celtic, made his debut v Feyenoord and is from Ayrshire I think. With Brown knowing Strachan quite well and him at Dundee, wonder if my suggestion of Cammy Kerr might come off. -

Wonder if Brown will go with the same 11 as last night or if he might even look to switch up formation. Probably only a couple of training sessions so reckon he'll have a bit of help from White for this one. Any word and whether Amartey as actually still at the club or just injured? -

You skim 300 odd a game for 18 games a season, that's a lot of wonga not going to the tax man. It's been said for a good few seasons now the attendance figure hasn't matched what the crowds have looked like. -

I was behind the dugout first half and stand the second, 1500 minimum as like you say SRE was quite busy and so was the stand. -

Will be interesting to see the kind of player who will come in now. Would imagine Saturday would be too soon. Suppose loan market will be in to February as well. In an ideal world, my wish list would be Cammy Kerr (RB and covers LB), centre back and centre mid. If a forward can be brought in as well that's a bonus. -
