    We've had about 5 years of absolute hell. This is us starting to nip back a bit and a number of people simply can't take that. The wheel will turn at some point, but we're enjoying the upward trajectory at the moment, safe to say.

    We had heard all sorts of stories from Mojo's time at Hearts, not to mention the obvious Celgers issues. But he was absolutely magnificent for Falkirk. Nearly helped us into Europe in 95 and lead the line without complaint in Lambie's catastrophic side the following year. Model senior pro.

    Being a ref must be absolutely murder. So many decisions are borderline, at speed, and 99% of players are out to con you. I'd be booking 15 players a game foe exaggerating contact and claiming for fouls and throws that are clearly not theirs.

    Search for Dora and you can follow the entries discussing him being suggested, then scouted, bid for and signed. I am part of the team that has been digitising the club minutes from 1918 or so onwards and it has been amazing. Been doing it for about two years now and we are up to about 1970. I think they only go up to about 1978 or something.

    But surely there is the limiting factor that 20M guys are not willing to come to Scotland in the first place? And Brighton, while clearly a much smaller club, know that there is a disgustingly big bag of loot coming their way from the EFA every year which will pay for all these ludicrous purchases.

    And one of the Celtic ones was during WWI when most teams sent half their team off to the slaughter and filled the gaps with ringers.
