Some great business by the club , a shame to lose lovey who was a top guy on and off the park and made a massive difference in the dressing room last season , a lot of work going on behind the scenes especially from Colin Nelson who is doing work 24/7. Exciting season coming up for us. Hopefully the fans can see how hard we are all working

Love was alright, but, Haws definitely a good move. With Love gone I think Black will follow as he is not very fit either...
Andy black has had a bad year with injuries a good pre-season and he will be an asset

To clear up any confusion. The lad unfortunately was down the pecking order and there was no issue with the player the opposite actually he was a great lad and great trainer but at the club everyone wants to play and camelon offered a transfer fee for a player that wasn't going to play as many games as we/him would want.
He didn't rub any1 up the wrong way or a bad egg etc. Club will continue to strive and improve the squad where possible.
I can corroborate this Daniel is a great lad on and off the field and model professional well liked within the club by players and staff

Wasnt going to post but I will for the true fans who deserve to know or hear what is going on. Yesterday was an unacceptable performance 100% no issues with fans being disappointed and disillusioned. I feel as a club we have gone down a route that was needed for years. We have had to sign 21 players from scratch and a brand new staff. Its impossible to get the recruitment all correct and I agree it should be better on the pitch.
Experienced players have been approached and offered of that I can guarantee. Players from last season were offered terms of that i can guarantee. Why they dont join is likely 3 fold. Not enough money. Or not an enticing proposition to join the club or finally d9nt want to play lowland league.
The young players brought in are work in progress and yes maybe a few wont be up to it but that's for them to prove the fans wrong. They are being given a wonderful opportunity to go showcase their talent they have been treated well by the club and deserve after yday the fans and club a performance.
The manager and his staff are not daft they understand they need to win football games and that helps the situation. The club are doing everything to ensure we start winning games and the fact we have had no physio since start of season would also be an issue.
As a fan I felt let down by the players yesterday to be honest. Something I cant really say so far even though we lost games.
I would ask that fans keep supporting the club by coming to games and trying to keep positive rock bottom is now officially here and this club needs its hardy supporters more than ever.
The club is also speaking to a couple experienced players to potentially bring in to help improve the quality and standards and results. Whether they happen will tbh likely down to money. Money that the club are trying hard to find and source.
The position thr club is in is not great and I 100% believe that we will b end of season b much higher than we are just now. I know the staff work day and night to try get things right.
Sinclaur and slaven back soon will help.
I'm sorry that things are not great just now it genuinely hurts me and I know it hurts others who give their life and soul to this club.
We will do all we can to win football games. Hopefully starting a week on Tuesday.
Mon the cowden.
Echo everything Nelly has said its frustrating l being on the inside and being a fan at the same time , even more frustrating seeing how hard the coaching staff are working on improving us. I still firmly believe we can get out of this and get going. The work the staff are putting in is unbelievable i commit when i can but nothing can compare to the likes of Nelly who is an absolute hero !0 -
Well played.

That standard of football is embarrassing though. Bo'ness Athletic won 10-0 yesterday and our ex headless chicken Tiwi scored four goals. The jump to even the Lowland League is huge and let's be brutally honest if Sinclair was a proper player he wouldn't be at Cowdenbeath.
How is Cammy Graham getting on?
He was on trial at arbroath and got offered a deal but wanted to play0 -
Was just having a read through after Wednesdays game but it’s good to see that getting noticed. 1200 season tickets last year. Tuesday night games in February getting nearly 2000, 3100 at our last home Friday night league game to Morton (which was a dead rubber even I ended up staying in the pub) it’s a good place to be
If any Cowdenbeath fan traveled on Wednesday they’d have seen the number of kids at our games now it’s crazy
I thought your number 2 was a decent player. Was wanting to see Shepherd as he supposedly went to a few of our training sessions but obviously couldn’t get in the game much.
Overall though you just need experience in that team especially at centre half, I dunno why we persisted in passing it about in nothing areas so much it was unbelievably boring to watch. A well timed run and a clip ball over the top would have created a one on one more often than not
Some older heads to go along with they lads and you will be ok
I mean we played Forfar and Darvel and could’ve scored 10 albeit it was Scottish Cup games with a much higher tempo.
Take something off St Mirren for us please
Do you mean sinclair ? He played 80mins0 -
A good read but I’m not sure we would have had anyone on £50 p/w back then unless it was some of the young boys.
Fozzy always seems to do really well over there.
Didnt mention when him and david marsh had a bust up haha0 -
Is Jamie Todd any good?
Was poor for us last season strong enough centre half but very dodgy with the ball at his feet , who is he signing for ?1 -
Buchs signed for musselburgh
Cancel that its a testimonial0 -

The speed bump was brilliant highlight was Somey playing the casualty theme when yer bird got on the bus[emoji3][emoji3]
I get knocked down but i get up again1 -
I remember those days, being told you were a disgrace to Cowdenbeath Fc cos you had a few cans on the bus. Who can forget the speed bump incident at Dumbarton [emoji1787]
One of my best memories0 -

I can guarantee no director was laughing about the situation the time and effort our board puts into the club for zero reward in my opinion the club would have went to the wall long ago if it wasn’t for this

Maybe freeing up wages to bring someone in ?

Who will be assisting Mo Ross in the dug out?
Scott paterson1 -
All quiet from the club strong reports of Maurice Ross who has an excellent coaching pedigree and would maybe bring fresh ideas and a better style of play ?

Kevin harper ?

I think the club need a young hungry manager with fresh modern ideas , bollan stabilized us which I’m
Grateful for but as nelly said in a previous post his attitude and demeanor did not suit our community club (Danny Lennon was a perfect example of
Getting involved with the community and fans ). The next few weeks will be interesting0
There was a coo

Wish the Gaffer all the best , Yes the timing is not ideal but we have a strong squad signed up for next season for whoever comes in to work with and put his stamp on things. Calum will do well in his career he is very driven and a very good coach. Please keep the faith we have good people working hard behind the scenes to constantly improve the club
