I would have thought it was obvious but I'll spell it out: The number of goals a team concedes is a reflection of that teams ability to defend and is not necessarily a reflection of how 'good' the team's goalkeeper is. As an example I cited that whilst McGovern was an exceptional goalkeeper he conceded more goals than other goalkeepers in the league who were undoubtedly inferior to him.

Statistically McGovern wasn't the best 'keeper in the league.

I'm ex-forces so I follow a few forces pages and it's nearly all total f'ckwits declaring that being ex-forces is something special. It's mind-numbingly bad and the pages are inhabited by some total and utter bellends - think "Britain First" and amplify it tenfold.

I don't expect anyone to keep tabs on my witterings on P&B but if you had you'd know that that statement was very far from the truth. I've repeatedly criticised the club on here and, indeed, in person - but only when it's been merited.

That's absolutely brilliant - I wish you'd e-mailed the club or something.

The club was inventive and extremely pro-active on social media ahead of the final and continued as best they could given there was f'ck all happening in Scottish football following it - Season tickets are the same price as last season and were available reasonably early, with early bird prices to boot. I'm sure they could have been a bit quicker at getting the STs available to sell but not to the point where they deserve criticism for it. What would you have done differently?
