McAvoy should be in the squad next week and you’d hope McMann will be fit for the Falkirk game at least.

I know some of our fans are hoping we do well in the diddy diddy cup but if there is any doubt over McMann next week I would not be risking him. It’s a long season and the longer we stay in ‘that’ cup the more congested our fixtures become. Next week is a good chance to get legs in periphery squad members.

I'll just agree with this in advance of 5pm

Don’t take offence, it’s a tradition and something he can’t help. He has transitory Tourette’s which is brought on by a few beers. Bit awkward at his last one to one with his manager after a couple of lunchtime pints.

Guthrie is going to a team in League 2 on loan. Don't want to say the name in case it's fell through 🤣

McGeady not in the team pic. Wouldn't mind if he was offski before the transfer window shuts. Also don't think I've ever seen a chairman in any teams squad pic before 😆

Im not sure if I’m for or against McGeady being away. It’s not, or ever will be, measurable what he adds versus his wage. He’s obviously had a fantastic career and massively experienced and I’d hope Brown is ruthless enough to have him gone if he wasn’t adding sustainable value.

McRoberts I don’t think needs a loan out as much as some others do, he’s still young enough to be playing for the under 18s reckon next year we will loan him out I would be looking more at Guthrie and Tomlinson being the making guys I would loan out

You add so much to the discussion around younger players. I had it that if he’s not getting game time he could do with going on loan but if he’s still getting game time at under 18’s he’ll also benefit from being around the club/dressing room. I’d guess if he hasn’t made a breakthrough in a years time a loan might be more beneficial but just wanted to nod and wink you’re brilliant knowledge of our youngsters trying to break through.

This is just amazing. A brilliant tribute to a local stalwart fan. The club have talked a lot about becoming part of the community but we’ve heard that before and it was just words and no substance. Lately there has been substance behind the words. It’s all building blocks to give the club foundations to continue to grow and this sort of stuff is so very important to growing the fanbase and truly becoming a community club. 104. Well done sir.

That’s a shame for the intolerant individual getting smacked with a cream based dessert that I’m kindly wasting

i don’t often waste dessert so whoever it is be grateful

Offers open to who wants it will it be before or after the Ton win 3-0?

Wait! Peace might be back on. Bairnardo has your back cowshed. I don’t mind being a common target of you both if it generates peace. f**k me you guys. Agreed?

  7. Fond memories of East End Park. My first ever supporters bus was the Girvan Ayr supporters bus up to Dunfermline in the early 90’s for a Scottish cup game. Me and a few fellow 14 yr olds went the whole hog and painted our faces. Picked up at 10 in Maybole and the bus drove past the stadium at 1pm, much to our confusion. 1st pub after that, the bus erupted from the back. Driver stopped and the bus emptied into the pub. Me and my mates sat there for a couple of mins before deciding to try our luck. Turns out painting your face whilst underage helps with being served copious amounts of alcohol in Dunfermline pubs. Vaguely remember we won.

If you think any Falkirk fan would hold the hand of a filth Greenock tink you are off your head! The meal sounds nice though

Ok, not quite ready to hold hands but I see your comment about the meal as a start. Break some bread and see where it goes from there. Seeing as you are the first to offer an olive branch you get to choose the meal. I would thoroughly recommend Thai food, although a nice vegan meal would suit the fans, of both teams, with space in their heart for love for the earth we all coexist within. Maybe cowshed could choose dessert?

  9. I think you should all let the past be the past and all come together as one on Saturday. Pick a meeting point, air your grievances in a calm and constructive manner and then have a nice meal together. Go to the match with love in your hearts and come 5 o’clock you’ll all be the best of friends and inviting each to be godfathers and godmothers to each other’s children.
