I find it quite amusing that someone that is having a sarcastic dig about somone having outstanding hearing is also the same person who posted "I heard everything".

You know nothing about Brian Graham other than his on field persona. Away and lie down son.

Sorry the "I heard everything should" have been in quotation marks.

I was in the JHS and was bemused by the whole thing.

So this fight that Graham was trying to start - was he planning to tickle the Morton fans he asked to fight?

Of course not, we can only presume he’d have been meting out headbutts, punches and whatnot.

He was the one who escalated it by trying to instigate a fight.

The man’s an arse and has always been an arse and not the kind you’d end up behind if he was playing for Morton.

If Partick think he’s fit for a leadership role and someone who’s fit to hold a position of power over others then it says all you need to know about them.

All the above is my opinion of course but what’s beyond debate is this excuse being made for him - I was in the midst of the people he was confronting and there was nothing of the sort said to him. And I don’t have any loyalty to anyone there simply because they were supporting Morton, I’d happily excuse Graham had that been said to him.

But it wasn’t - and again, amidst the furore and with the distance he wouldn’t have heard it anyway - the reality is his rampant ego couldn’t take being made fun of.

Bold statement, I heard everything and distinctly remember it not being shouted. Yet even if it was shouted, he wouldn't have heard it because of all the furore?

Surprised that you haven't been snapped up by the secret service for your outstanding hearing ability to isolate each individual voice at football stadia.

Who has some jobbers to offload to an unsuspecting L1 team? Preferably wingers but given our squad depth we'll take just about anything.

Young lad Cammy Smith at Firhill, he has loads of potential but not getting enough game time. I would be as sad to see him go, as much as I was when Ross MacIver and Juan Alegria left.

If transporting him through is an issue, I would be quite happy to drive him through.

Thistle deserved their win - but thats two games within the week that Thistle have been very lucky and fortunate to be playing a much depleted  Arbroath team with 4 key players missing .

Would have been a much different game today if Arbroath were playing with their missing players.

Arbroath will bounce back soon when these players return and a strike force is recruited.

Next time round, Arbroath should be back at full strength and hopefully normal service will be resumed - we will know in 10 weeks time.

    What a load of pish.

How did Neil Lennon's son get on? If he’s any good then we can flog him to Celtic next time they need to get the da’s on-side

I watched him play in the Glasgow Cup v Celtic last season and was not terribly impressed.  However,  I thought that he played well tonight when he came on.

Decent run out tonight, anyone that was there? Caught the last 5 mins of the commentary and they pinpointed Lyon and Lawless as the “standouts” without getting too excited.

Good to see Dowds off the mark early doors, regardless of it being a friendly.

I was there. Milne very good. Doc and Smith not so much.

Fitzpatrick looked OK but nowhere near fit. Young James played well as did Owens at Rt back in the first half.

Would any of our resident Cumbernauld experts care to share an opinion on seaside standards there? 💣

They are absolute pish and there have been bigger queues at Aldi's in the local retail park than there have ever been at Broadwood.

There are more Jag's and Colts fans in Cumbernauld than Clyde ones.

  8. Good luck to Gary Harkins, the Glasgow Cup game last week really highlighted his limitations. I think that signing the contract for us last year must have been the equivalent of him putting on an old jacket and finding £20 in the pocket. I cannot see him joining any club soon.

Now waiting for the inevitable, Gary Harkins signs for Morton

In picking my ticket up today, word is we are "working" on another couple of players coming in. Got the impression we would like to get rid of a couple as well.

    No further details given.

I did ask if we could nominate the players to punt, this was politely declined with the suggestion that the Clubs view was probably not dissimilar to that of the fans.

I think people are being too harsh on Miller. Decent goals return and has been used more than might have been the case if we’d had alternatives. Yes, he can be very frustrating during games, but I’d put him fairly low on the list of bad players so far this season.

I have concern over his attitude on the pitch. All too often he seems more content to wave his arms about after a stray pass, blaming others rather than trying to rectify the error. He also seems a split second slower in thought than he was at the start of the season. I think that he still can contribute but we have to decide what his role should be. He seems to be all over the place at present.
