Worth a try mate, nothing to lose. At least you've had your monies worth out the Maya Max. Still got my Elephone S8 and very happy with it. Loving the 2K  6" screen.

I've still got my Elephone S8. Battery going strong after about 8 months of very heavy usage and, like you said, the screen is great and I don't think I can go back to a small screen phone. Only concern is my GPS is temperamental when using Maps which isn't ideal because I only use Maps when I don't have a clue what I'm doing. Overall unbelievable value for the £160ish I paid for it.

  2. Just got into this show after randomly stumbling across some videos on YouTube. Absolutely amazing stuff. Something satisfying about watching grown men wielding these weapons, especially Doug "will keel" Marcaida who fucking loves it.

Is Giannis the heir to Lbj? He's certainly looking like the best player on the planet just now.

Wait until we see the playoffs. Regular season doesn't matter anymore for LeBron. Giannis has a good team around him that fits his game a lot more than last year so they need to get to the Conference Finals at least.

  4. Giannis had to pick his teammate Khris Middleton. Starters drafted in Round 1 then the bench guys in Round 2 otherwise AD would have at least been picked before Kemba. Giannis had Ben Simmons but traded him for Russ too.

Need to have Embiid and Westbrook as captains next year. The shit talking would be great viewing.

The only place I think would really get folk shook would be back to OKC and win with Russ, not even sure how that's possible though would almost certainly need to get rid of Adams and Schroder though.

I'm not sure on Kyrie either, he's got a good spot in Boston unless he doesn't like being the leader in which case he can go somewhere that he's able to just ball and have fun.

Kyrie making it perfectly clear that he'll do whatever the f**k he wants.

KD is going nowhere near the knicks in the summer. I'll be amazed if he doesn't stay with GSW, they can keep him and Klay by paying luxury tax it's a no brainer.

KD is a strange guy (like Kyrie). Maybe he wants to wins title with an unfancied team? If be does, he will forever be a legend in NYC. Steph is the legend in Golden State.

I agree though, we've taken a massive gamble.

  7. It's an absolute shambles that Porzingis has been traded for near enough f**k all. Dennis Smith Jr (who's pish) and a gamble that we'll get KD and Kyrie in the summer. We would have more chance of getting KD with Porzingis on the roster. We would only have a 14% chance at Zion. Who the f**k wants to come to NY to play with Kevin Knox and Allonzo Trier?

Porzingis is the best thing that has happened to this franchise in the last 20 years and of course we totally f**k it up. Crazy that they are trying to drag his name through the mud on his way out too. They held a meeting, he implied that he was unhappy and they had a complex trade already set up 2 hours later. Aye shite.

  8. Going back to NY for 2 days in April as an add on to a cruise. Enough time to catch a show, do some shopping and experience the city.

Go to Woodbury if you want to. It is definitely cheaper and an enjoyable day out. Can get all your shopping done in one day.

I feel that keeping hold of Gordon is crucial for them to grow. Agree about Vucevic but he is so effective at what he does. Glad you got the vip treatment, I think they do things very well at the Amway and the staff are a level above a lot of event staff.

Nothing wrong with having a 7 footer who can shoot the three, go for 30 at any time and completely destroys bench players but your right in that I think Gordon is a more important player for them.

  10. I was at the 76ers @ Magic game on Wednesday. Bought tickets to one of the suites which was well worth it. £235 for two tickets with a decent view plus free food (which was excellent) and drinks.

We went an hour and a half early and were one of the first to be let in to the stadium. As we were going up the escalator, one of the events staff noticed my Scotland top that I was wearing and asked if we wanted a tour of the center and a chance to see the players warm up courtside. Unbelievable experience that we were seemingly randomly selected for. We were walking around the stadium before most were let in and saw players locker room, media room etc, sat courtside watching Gordon, Vucevic and co go through their routines then stood in the tunnel as the players were coming out for tip off.

Game was great too. Magic won with a Terrence Ross three with 8 seconds to go sealing the win. Magic went on a 21-0 run at one point in the 4th Quarter just as it looked like 76ers were pulling away. There was an insane series of possessions for Magic to take the lead which made the stadium electrifying. Terrence Ross (I think) made a 3 at one end then Joel Embiid sprinted down the court and tried to dunk on Isaac but was rejected. Magic hit a three on the other end to take the lead and the place erupted.

Aaron Gordon was very good. Vucevic is mainly a one way player who only scores points but Gordon has scoring, defense, rebounds and assists in his game. Terrence Ross is having a career year and the younger guys Simmons and Isaac look not bad off the bench.

If the big 3's first game together is anything to go by, Embiid is still the franchise and Butler will need to figure out how to play without the ball.

Been keeping up with basketball a bit more since NBA coverage went to Sky and particularly during this international break nonsense where there is no worthwhile football going on. Golden State Warriors seem to be fucking up from a position of extreme strength. Fingers crossed it avoids me ever having to hear 'three-peat' which is possibly the most disgusting term ever uttered in English.

They're 12-4 and don't even care about the regular season. They'll be absolutely fine.

  12. f**k Red Dead and Fallout, I can't wait for the first Pokémon RPG on the Switch. Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee are released on the 16th.

Hybrid between the traditional Pokémon games (Yellow remake) with the Pokémon Go catching and encountering mechanics.

Doesn't really matter, Jets could take a knee on every 1st to 3rd down, and then punt and whatever loser is at QB for Buffalo will cough up enough points.

It's literally the only way we are going to win this year.

Josh McCown is still good at football and an even better human being who will lead the Jets to victory.

Bowles and Bates need to get to f**k.

You could greet, well I could, one of our main strengths was our three receivers but this could be part of Pat Matricia's plans to make the Lions more of a 50/50 receiving/running team!!!

Or it could be that Tate is one of a few senior players who wasn't/still isn't too happy with the new coach and his philosophy!!!

I don't know if they could keep all three receivers going forward. Tate is a free agent next year (?) or at least he would want an extension so they've obviously decided to go with Golladay (beast) and Jones.
