Technically your right but been told the whole menzieshill squad and manager moved to Lochee Harp so IMO they were an Amateur side who moved to juniors.
Lochee Harp have not amalgamated with anyone. Still the same committee, all that has happened is M/Hill manager is now joint manager at the Harp and he signed a number of his old players to add to the players already signed by Harp. Great start to the season for them undefeated after the first three games can only give them more encouragement for the season ahead.

English YouTuber who does videos on Scottish non-league football did a Dundee groundhopping video. Visits Carnoustie Panmure and Lochee United. He also tried visit Lochee Harp but couldn't find the ground, don't know if anyone can give him a message and help him with where the new ground is.
The video was excellent but the gentleman ( Bob ) who you interviewed at Thomson Park was not known to anyone at the club, his lack of knowledge regarding what league we would be playing in was a wee bit embarrassing. Just a pity you did'nt contact the club in advance but overall, well done and thanks for the exposure.

Lochee United were hoping to play our replay either midweek or Friday rtather than the Sunday but they can only get Sunday at 3.30... I would have thought that the sensible thing to do as it leaves the clubs free to play their Saturday game as normal and our friends at Kelty would have had a game.

Lochee have not applied but might do

Thanks for the replies. It looks like you only have to have 3/4 Floodlights down one side with three lamps on them but two face the training pitch with one facing the main playing pitch. Looks like clubs can save money by doing that.

Been a while since I posted Burnieman but I have a question for you. Why have clubs who applied for their licence been knocked back because of a lack of floodlights but Jeanfield Swifts were granted a licence ? I saw the video clips of their goals from yesterday's game v Broxburn and it's clear there are no floodlights on the clubroom side of the ground and behind the goals. Now I remember there were lights on the opposite side facing on to a training pitch but surely this is not acceptable ?

Good post. Can't really argue with any of it.
Referring to your last sentence, I know that.It was Ylf that stated Lochee Utd were the best by a mile. Although I agree they are the best side, I strongly disagree that they're on a different level all together.YLF is a young supporter of the club, that is his opinion. As I said nobody at the club has said those words. Still a long way to go nobody has won anything as yet, let's wait and see who picks up the trophies.

Burnieman, it certainly is a victory to you. I think you and I agree about this mess called the pryamid and the men who made decisions and then changed them. No winners for either side but as I have said you and your venom against the Juniors have won the day for now. By the way do we have a pryamid if there are no licence applications being accepted ?
OK feel free to print that apology anytime you like locheeboy, not only to me but to other posters plus the EoS board you accused of being untruthful.
I hope you've learned a lesson about placing trust in the word of one man. I'll provide the cloth to wipe the egg off your face.

What promotion play off's ?

As it stands Lochee have won nothing this season. There are only 4 cup competitions, Scottish Junior Cup, East Region Cup, Signature Signs Inter Region Cup and the Thorntons Property League Cup. Having won our section in the league cup we cannot participate in the Consolation Cup. As for our season unfortunately we were beaten by the beast team in Junior / Non League football in the semi final of the Scottish Junior Cup in Auchinleck Talbot, no complaints over the two games. The same Talbot team who dispatched Cove Rangers in the William Hill Scottish Cup who have dispatched East Kilbride in the play offs. While we still have an opportunity to win the league going into the final 5 games I can tell you if we were told at the start of the season you will win the league but lose out in the cups I would have bitten anyone's hand off for that. Now I can give excuses for our local cup losses but I won't as the winners deserve that. The league is and always will be the one to win. I would also add that our record over the last 20 years or so is good one that stands up with the best. Our only failure is not winning a Scottish but I'm sure it will come round one day.
Just to finish off nobody at our club has claimed we are the best side in our area.

Agree. Once you have the west feeding into the LL the chances of any Tayside club getting there also diminishes. I think you may get Lochee in there eventually if they get Licenced but they wont get anywhere near SPFL.
I agree that Tayside clubs should team up with NRJFA and feed the HL, but in reality if they feed the LL little will change, and as you say it gets the pyramid working.
Then again, the line may not move and/or nothing comes of the meeting and all this is immaterial. We'll see.We would have more of a chance of getting there than your lot. By the way we have never said we want to go to the SPFL

A wee surprise coming later tonight which will give us all plenty to discuss.

Well you. You're the one that circulated Maxwell's email from October saying it was all a done deal when it never was.
Personally, I don't think there is any conspiracy to stop non-league clubs joining the pyramid and getting licenced, I think it's just very badly handled by the SFA. Maxwell doesn't have a full grasp of what he is dealing with.
I never said he was keen to do anything ! All I did was put out his email.

You say this, but then why is Maxwell keen to drop 120+ Junior clubs and the SJFA into the Pyramid, opening the door wide open to many more applications? SFA politics eh.....
Who said Maxwell was keen to do this. I think the message is coming out loud and clear the SPFL clubs do not want Non League / Junior clubs

The future decisions are being made by the club's. However personal egos on these threads within the forum appear to somewhat distort what's happening. Trust me things will be clearer very soon.
Just don't get bogged down reading the comments of certain town criers

Because you are trying to interfere with that. If yous were just staying out it wouldn't be a problem
Who gives you the right to try and keep us out ? You have stated the EoS is better and you are enjoying the season. Why don't you leave it at that after all the Juniors were good enough for Camelon for many a year

Burnieman, you are obsessed with TJ and bringing dow the ERJFA. You have moved to a league where you can progress to the SPFL why don't you concentrate on getting your club through the leagues and let us Juniors get on with our football.

All you are trying to do, as someone pointed out yesterday is "obfuscate intentionally, muddying the waters to confuse the debate"
All I have done is post the facts as they are, if they are wrong then feel free to post evidence to the contrary, you haven't so far. I'll keep posting facts as and when I have them and it's for others to decide to believe me or not.
What is does highlight is the absurdity of the SJFA being involed, the leagues themselves (or regional associations) should be round the PWG table instead of TJ (that was questioned in one of the minutes posted). Each need different solutions.
I would say your are the one trying to " obfuscate intentionally, muddying the waters to confuse the debate"

So no need for me to read Larry's minutes as factually he has not told any lies as far as I can tell.
Until there is in writing the ersjfa are not in the lowland feeder at tier 6 then tbh the only conclusion for now is they are.
My scenario that Brechin vics could be in the lowland league while Brechin city are in the highland league is completely feasible.
Likewise Lochee utd in the lowland league while Dundee utd in the highland league.
This is all nonsence of course but is the sfa official current position
Al, come and see me

That implies you think the EoSFA have changed the minutes.
I didn’t imply they changed the minutes I’m interested to see what they put in the EoS minutes regarding the PWG minutes

Broughty is not available as Lochee Harp are playing their home Scottish Cup match there. The game was going to be played at Thomson Park but due to issues outwith the club East Craigie had to search for another venue.
