  1. Massone payed 100% of the wages. The maximum late was 2 days.

I worked for him. He payed all repayment plan with the hmrc. He payed two years rent to wlc.

The account showed simply the true....

Open Your mind if want the well of the scottish football.

Melville want organise the same fraud using cva...

Brian-He's not the Messiah, he's a very naughty boy!!!

    :lol::lol::lol:

  2. It all relates to this story

The council leader mentioned is the same one who put Livi into admin due to not paying the rent then gave the new owners Almondvale rent free for a year, wrote off all the debt and reduced future years rent to £50k per year. Maybe Massone wasn't putting enough into the brown envelopes

There is no mention of the council leader in that story!!!!!!!!!!!!!:lol::lol:

Beurskins is one of the Save the Hospital "independents" propping up the SNP administration.

However there is not a word that Peter Johnston has had his fingers in the till.

  3. Dear lady, take a tip from nature.

Sharks never pour their own chum, then follow its scent before impaling their impressive jaws on the waiting hooks. It makes them look very silly.

Mr. Darwin, I must take exception at this unfortunate Americanism.

In this country, we use rubby-dubby to entice sharks to the bait.

It is our colonial cousins who call this noxious mixture "chum".

Not got much to do with football, but what the f**k.:D

  4. Jimmy Crease on the failure to deduct 15 points from Livi

The burden would have been eased had the Scottish Football League imposed a 15-point penalty on Livingston for failing to fulfil their opening day fixture against East Stirlingshire. Such a sanction was mooted, but the West Lothian club were last week handed a £3,000 fine instead.

"If they had been deducted points, that would have been a big help," Crease admitted. "By not docking them points, it means another team could miss out on promotion or a playoff place, which is a bit unfair, but we will get on with it."

That will be the same Jimmy Crease who was mopping up the pies, sarnies and chicken wings last night at Almondvale. :D

  5. No agenda, it's not the offence more the circumstance. Loads of companies file late (for various reasons, not all bad) and pay the fines. Generally however the management aren't singing from the rooftops about how bad the last lot were and how they are going to be different. Still the fine is only £1650 or revenue based on the 99p in the £ model.

Is there a Kelty Hearts thread that I can troll on? :D

  6. July I think, but the original date had already been extended till then.

You're probably right, but. as you and several others have pointed out, Livi had rather a lot going on at that time,

    Or had you forgotten?

Or were you just trying to score another cheap point?

Not that the people who post on this thread would ever do such a thing........

  7. If by "do" you mean live within your means and sign players on appropriate contracts to your income then, no, you wouldnt be damned

I can see some drastic pruning in the next transfer window.....

But the only way to get some of the more extreme posters on this thread off our case would be to have the full-time Livi Players shot in the Almondvale car park.

  8. er, he was unattached, which means that you could have signed him at any time, regardless of whether the transfer window was open or closed.

In any case, he signed his deal on August 28, ahead of the window closing, although in this instance that's irrelevant.

    HTH.

He was offered more elsewhere-including Airdrie-but wanted the chance to play with his brother.

    Fact not bile.
