I have signed up for the 110 mile Sportive ride. In all honesty I have done no work towards it, have damaged the tendons in my heel, am at a Rugby Club dinner in Durham on the Firday, it is my 40th on the Saturday then the cycle on the Sunday. Looking forward to it already

First day as a grown up Primary 2 pupil for Eva my wee girl today. Took the morning off to see her go in, got to the school gates, skipped away with her pals and didnt even look back as she lined up to go into class, too excited by it all.

Playing 5's last night and I reckon I have pulled some tendons in my foot! Quite bad bruising just under the ankle bone and can't put any weight on the heel of my foot so walking like a fud on the ball of my foot.
