The one thing that really got me about the Hev death was the fact that she got smacked and killed in one episode and then in the next one they were giving CPR and oxygen to a pile of cushions with her dress stuck on top of them. Everyone else gets their day in the sun when they leave yet the beautiful Cheryl Fergison didn't even get the opportunity to play dead for a further episode. Surely her wages for an extra days work wouldn't have burst the bank. RIP my lovely.

I think it was more likely because it was Hev's favourite food.

I even Sky + tonights episode and have just watched it. My life just took a real down turn - the episode was god awful. Tanya is still sexy as f**k though.

If it is the same one I am thinking of then that cycle path is not too bad. I cycle from SQ through Crammond and join up with it at Silverknowes. It goes all the way from there down to Ocean Terminal and as you say takes out quite a lot of dodgy roads. Only thing is it is all uphill on the way back!

I have really been struggling to get out on the bike recently. Going for a training run on Saturday with a group of guys who are doing Lands End to John O Groats later in the year just to see how my fitness stands up!!

I know this has already been replied to but do you mean a pump that you would use at the house? I got all lycra'd up yesterday, did two miles and also caught a puncture!! Rear wheel, couldn't be arsed changing it at the side of the road so wandered home in the huff, got the hybrid out the garage and the chain fell off after 1.3 miles. To say I was less than impressed was an understatement.... So I spent the rest of the afternoon fixing both bikes, washed them all and lubed them up ready to go another day! Fuckers.

She has just phoned and asked what I am going to do tonight. Eating, drinking, wanking and watching football apparently wasn't the correct answer.

That is totally unfair Been training hard on the turbo recently - still not really been out on the roads too much. The wife and daughter are away down South until Saturday night but really busy at work through the week and Bo'ness have a big cup game on Saturday so not likely to do too much this week.
