okay I've read the last 6 or 7 pages, looked at the accounts link, and think that it's too soon to say the finances aren't sustainable. Owing a lot to shareholders is not unique to Dundee FC.
But I'd hope that the first and second years in the Premier League (and beyond) would show progress towards not making a loss, and indeed reducing the £3.2m debt.
Moving house seems a bit fantastic and risky but weighing up the risks is complicated when the club doesn't own Dens. Improving Dens but maintaining its character might be more affordable but less long-term secure. You'd need detailed and well-informed costings to decide on that, with probably still lots of best-guess estimates rather than guarantees.
And Rory Loy is a cause for Perth/Falkirk-related schadenfreude.
