Well, Yano got the welfare out the LL so you never know.......

I dont know much on Whitehill or on standard of players they have/had.  I do remember Ian Little having a reasonable record at Berwick, teams played good football and from memory were in top end play off's. Sadly, like it or not someone finishes bottom, I just think on how York City in England went into free fall! Clubs like Kelty (akin to Edinburgh City) seem to have pots of money aka the signings being made. So you would have teams such as them, E kilbride, BSC Glasgow, Spartans and now East Stirlingshire chasing hard for top spot. On that evidence alone unless a Mr or Mrs moneybags comes Berwick's way they aint going to be any better than top 6? Maybe Man City backers fancy a lower league club as a side line

Don’t think it would be right to question any incoming managers. It’s what we have all been asking for, for some weeks now. Hopefully it’s not too late, and the guys can boost the morale and get the spirits lifted. As much as the players have come under a lot of criticism I don’t think they have been performing to levels anywhere near what they are capable of, and that’s down to one man. So any change is positive in my eyes. Doubt JB will read this forum big big chance Yano will, so all the best mate and here’s our best 11:

    brennan

    cook Brydon Wilson mcilduff

    adamson Murphy brown blues

    Barr see

if all fit get they boys together over the next three training sessions and we may just have a fighting chance.

Decent team if Brydon/Wilson/Brennan/See fit   Think first three were all out last week?  Ian Little if correct in coming did a decent job at Berwick. From memory always played attacking style.   To me I would see him more as the lead role?

Apologies  for the lack of Abba content... ;)

Apparently the club have decided that the end of season awards won't be held after this Saturday's game against Albion but will instead be held over until after the home leg of the play-off.

Make of that what you will...

Surely mate it makes sense given the uncertainty on Saturday and the following week for your club to hold over any end season presentations. Have they actually announced any date for them? I aint seen anything. No one happy but they can be held anytime if at all!

Agreed except that this year there really should be 2 teams going down. Both Berwick and Albion are so far away from 8th it's embarrassing.

But rules is rules and I'll support the team until the end in hopes of better next year.

Think in future that might happen or at least bottom club out  Second bottom in play off?

If you finish bottom it means your shit and should go down and let fresh blood into the league!!!

I predict that the 2nd div will be unrecognisable within 5 years!!

The highland league is decent and the lowland league is becoming stronger so all good and i hope that one of them goes up this season

They are indeed  Just need to get rules on same playing field. Has Martin Scott not just joined Cove outwith window?

Suspect penalty this afternoon, but we’re not in our current position due to the odd refereeing decision. Tuesday night got everyone excited again but seems to have been a bit of a fluke. Fingers crossed for Tuesday, hopefully cowden can do us a favour, as previously mentioned though Albion will have huge belief and momentum now, so can only see an Albion win. Albion result is impressive as Elgin have been on an excellent run of late, didn’t see that coming atall

hink Elgin have lost last three now?  Sure from memory Berwick have had 12 pens against them this season

The Social media admin situation is a complete joke also, there was no harm in the tweet and from being excellent in interacting with support through social media it has went completely silent tonight. Hopefully this is a sign that we have relieved JH of his duties.

TBH Think club has more to concern than silly social media

Almost like things were different years ago and things evolve eh.

    Nov 2014 Case

Peterhead have been ordered to replay a Scottish League One match against Ayr United after pleading guilty to fielding a banned player.

Reece Donaldson was suspended but played the full 90 minutes of on 15 November.

The Scottish Professional Football League censured Peterhead, ordered a replay and fined them £10,000, though part of that is suspended.

Donaldson is suspended for the replay, the date of which has not been decided.

Peterhead and Donaldson admitted to breaches of SPFL Regulation 21 in the SPFL's Player Registration, Transfer and Contract Regulations.

SPFL chief executive Neil Doncaster said the match would be played again "in the interests of sporting integrity and fairness to both sides".

I no interest in any particular club but thought this made interesting reading.
