  1. These jokers aren't going anywhere, are they?
  2. For an individual match Celtic losing to the Red Imps has got to be the biggest upset. They were 1/10 to win FFS. Doesn't quite have the riddy factor as they went through comfortably in the 2nd leg. Rangers-Progres and Hearts-Birkirkara are the two that jump out for me. Us v Vaduz isn't even close to those in terms of the gulf between the sides.
  3. Never heard the phrase 'the straw that broke the camel's back'?
  4. It's certainly preferable to that picture of someone's daughter that the creep was constantly posting.
  5. When you come onto the thread for transfer and takeover news, but see MT has been all over it
  6. Can't wait to release a live chicken on the pitch tbh.
  7. Did Alex Phillips face any scrutiny on how the Brexit Party is funded?
  8. Why do Tories stand with their feet so far apart?
  9. That Berwick match better be a Saturday at their place.
  10. There are ticket offices in the centre of Milan and at the stadium, so I'm pretty sure you can buy for there on the day (the info on their website suggested you could). We also went up to Bergamo on the Sunday and tried for Atalanta-Fiorentina. There were tickets left in the office next to the stadium, but they were extortionate, so we didn't bother. No idea what Bologna is like, but I don't think it's a hard rule in Serie A that you can't buy on the day.
  11. Who/where are you planning on visiting? We did Milan in March and was a doddle to get tickets (obviously helps that it's an 80K seater and Milan only average ~60K). Bought direct through the club website and printed them at home. Had very decent seats for about €40, easy to get there on the Metro and Peroni on tap in the ground. Great experience. My made tried to do Juventus using one of the tout sites (Viagogo etc) and they fell through on the day of the game. Wouldn't recommend that.
  12. I was lumping Lang and Campbell into those responsible for costly mistakes (should have worded that better). The point about fans hurting the club financially by not renewing still stands; those above us have done much worse.
  13. Add in the cost of sacking Hartley, binning his jobbers, the fine and compo for McKinnon and the dent in prize money next season (and possibly beyond) and you're easily into 7 figures. A few fans withholding season ticket money is a drop in the ocean compared to their fuckups.
  14. Bought myself the 08/09 home top off eBay this morning. Simpler times.
  15. €75-80m for those 3 is excellent business. Can see Dortmund running Bayern close again next season.
  16. These seaside teams are going to be getting some amount of coin if we're all sacking off our home games.
  17. He's infuriating to watch even as a neutral. Let's fly from anywhere within 40 yards. Pass for me.
  18. We might be diddies at the moment, but Austin was involved in a goal every 89 minutes when we finished 2nd in 16/17. His fitness/injury record might suggest he's not cut out for the Championship, but his ability isn't in doubt IMO.
  19. £50K is two players on £500pw. Pretty clear what the majority of us would prefer.
  20. They're one of my outside picks to go down next season. The 4 seasons they've been in league they've conceded 67, 67, 61 and 70. Obviously you've got to balance that with the fact that they play an open style which wins them a decent number of points against their contemporaries and they take more humpings from the top 6 than most. But at some point you feel it's going to bite them.
  21. Antepost odds make City strong favourites again.
