  1. Agreed. It was brilliant. The amount of energy that was packed into the show was immense and cannot be picked up watching DVDs or other live footage. Just a quick question though... What time did they go on stage? Was it 9? A series of delays and mis-fortune ment i didnt get into the arena till about to past nine.

Was just after Half 8 they started their procession to the stage and about 10 minutes later they played first song

  2. Ramstein were immense last night, nowhere near my top 10 favourite bands based on albums but what a performace that was. Class.

    What he said, brilliant gig

  3. Be fair, I never complained that people were bouncing about. It was a gig, it's expected. What annoyed me was the fact that I was clearly needing a large space in front of me to fit my bump in as well as actually being able to see the stage and folk 6ft tall and more kept fecking standing directly in front of me. Arseholes.

I doubt it would have been me. I'm rather hard to miss!

I know what you mean, although being over 6 foot myself, i'm always conscious about blocking someones view at gigs, then some 7 foot twat will squeeze past and stand right in front of me
  4. Just remembered I have flogging molly tomorrow at the Garage. better give thir new album a listen

    How good was that ?

Wasn't really up for the gig but was brilliant, think the size of the venue, the mad pit and the fact the band seemed to enjoy it, made it such a good night.

Anyway Street Dogs in Stoke on Tuesday, next up :D

  5. k**t and the gang in Edinburgh tomorow night.

    Shall be delightfully vulgar.

Seen him at Rebellion festival, was very funny  might try to go and see in Edinburgh as well.

Got Flogging Molly at Garage next Thursday, any idea what time headliners at King Tuts come on ? as quite fancy Face to Face the same night 8)

  6. Jello Biafra And The Guantanamo School Of Medicine at The ABC on the 7th August

Its the 9th, he's playing Rebellion Festival in Blackpool on the 7th

  7. Didn't realise they were playing again. Saw them in August last year before they released their new album. It was great, not sure I'd be able to go tonight.

Hope you made it along ? Was cracking gig, think it was better than last years and the pit was pretty wild, as well, which added to the entertainment :D

  8. Dropkick Murphys are playing the Barras on the 11th of February. Tickets go on sale on Saturday biggrin.gif Love the Murphys, never been to the Barras for a gig either and have heard it's insane. Can't fucking wait

Got my tickets already https://www.artistticket.com/event.asp?e|artist=DROPKICK+MURPHYS&re|promoter=359&RE|promoter|2=1200&n|showname=coming&resultsperpage=20&filler1=artistticket&filler2=main&orderby=date,time heard that there might also be a date in Edinburgh as well 8)

  9. Gigs in scotland pre sale went on this morning so I got my tickets through them.

    General sale is on Friday.

Flogging Molly also playing 25th August, same ticket details as above

  10. 14th April, at the O2 ABC.

Tickets are around £16 if I remember correctly, but there's none left in Tickets Scotland, you'll have to order them online. Suddenly, £16 becomes £22 dry.gif

I've genuinely never seen Saxon put in anything less that an excellent performance. Thursday should be no exception.

Was at this last night and was excellent, Biff still has good pair of lungs and a 2 hour set, well worth the money
