There is a tie up between the Spartans Community Football Academy and Edinburgh College. The other possibility is that Edinburgh College will play at Ainslie Park.

They play there on a Wednesday afternoon for home games in the Bucs league would on the rare occasion use Marine Drive.  Marine drive is used a lot for classes during the week so guessing will either link up with Spartans or Civil for a home ground with it most likely being Spartans I’d guess

What do we know of Edinburgh College?

Ps, they will be joining subject to their application being approved.

George Thomson will be managing them had some good players in college teams in previous years such as Robbie McIntrye (Edin City), Jamie Dishington (Edin City), Sean Stewart (Now of Berwick), Greg Binnie (Broxburn), Dean Ballantyne (Mussy) etc. Usually beat the Uni first teams in cup games and played in leagues with the unis 5/6 teams

George won the 20s league a few years ago with Preston through signing a number of boys from the college on sports performance courses

A 3-1 win today over Dunbar lifts Musselburgh from 6th to 4th. Perhaps more important is that after 8 matches last season, Burgh had 6 points. This season, after 8 matches, we have 16; so 10 pts better off!

Nice one Casey 👍🏽 Kind of on subject/off subject with a stat like that but not Mussy 😂 noticed Nitten are 2 points of last seasons whole total, some turn around that is

    EoS First Division Inter-Conference: Conf A v. Conf B

    Leith Athletic 0-0 Tynecastle

1st v. 1st ended in a draw. Leith will see it as more of a victory after being down to 10 men for 40+ minutes of the 2nd half following a sending off.

    EoS First Division Inter-Conference: Conf B v. Conf A

    Tweedmouth Rangers 6-1 Peebles Rovers

10th v 10th. The game was played at Shielfield to ensure it was played and Tweedmouth responded with a superb victory that sees them climb to 9th in their own Conference.

    Conference A    30-23    Conference B

Maybe Tynecastle will see it more as a victory as I see there goalie was given Man of the Match on twitter

I have a feeling they won’t be the last.

Was told by a manager of one of the teams last night he believes Mussy may be next as they have lost 3 or 4 players in the last week, maybe Casey Jones would know more about that ?
