The way Scottish football is structured, these kind of things will always happen. Clubs vote in their own self-interest. Because they're all in competion with each other, they'll always vote for the option that benefits them most. If in so doing they can handicap or disadvantage an opponent, they'll do it every single time. 10,000 seater stadium "Huv we got a 10,000 seater stadium?" "aye" "Do they?" The wife & I went there a few years ago. Made a bee-line for a cafe by the cathedral and the bog-standard house red was astonishingly good. The amazing thing was, we spent the day in the cafes and bars and the wine just got better and better. Though they call it "van" for some reason.
