  1. From the BBC - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-tayside-central-25336030 The bit I liked was - Aye, right. I take it that's Millar's wages covered then
  2. Cafe owners - if you have menus on the table, I expect table fucking service. Two fucking cafes this morning I've gone in, sat down and been ignored by staff gassing behind a counter twenty fucking feet away. Both of them I got up and left - the 2nd one had the waitress come running after me at the door asking to help but I told them I didn't want to interrupt. Anybody else agree? Menu on the table, table service?
  3. Hmm - so many unworn and unwanted cycling jackets for sale on Ebay in the Falkirk area http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Altura-Varium-Waterproof-Cycling-Jacket-/151177727264?pt=UK_Cycling_Clothing&hash=item2332e50d20
  4. To answer my own question, yes those jackets are for racing snakes. The label says "Close fitting waterproof jacket cut to fit in the riding position" but the good news is he's got them in XXL so I bought one. Good quality, I'll try mine's out later when I go out looking for Lexus cars to piss on.
  5. What's the cut like (for us with bellies)? Is it just for racing snakes?
  6. With all the stuff about overpriced and oversubscribed sportives, I was quite surprised to find this one next March in Fife - https://www.entrycentral.com/TheMadMarchSportive Only £16 and loads of places available
  7. I got myself one of these after I got fed up with my Catseye - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CREE-XML-XM-L-T6-1800L-LED-Bicycle-bike-Head-Light-Lamp-For-MTB-Hiking-LD119E-/181209980398?pt=FR_JG_Sports_Camping_Lampes&hash=item2a30f4ddee Bright as the sun
  8. Not sure what's going on with the site. Yesterday it was telling folk to pre-register then someone told me entries were open but by the time I got there the Challenge ride was full. Pricing is high too - 5000 people paying £65 each means someone's coining it in.
  9. Just pre-registered for the Caledonian Etape. Suppose I'd better dig the bike out of the shed and get some practice in.
  10. I was told that Falkirk staff are told not to read OneF. Noticeable that the Falkirk Shop chose to post on P&B not OneF.
  11. Wonder how they'll contrive to lose money on this one?
  12. Wife got me an early Xmas present of a Garmin Edge Touring so I was out playing with it today. Seems good, no more getting lost whilst out exploring.
  13. Think that's pretty good tbh and I've zero sympathy for those who think it's too slow. Looks like a busy junction that's slow for everybody.
