  1. I find it very confusing.

Rangers fans are always extremely quick to attack other clubs, but never criticize their own club.

Are they really that brainwashed that everything done by the Rangers management and board is perfect and they should blindly show their support for the club, regardless of evidence to the contrary?

Reminds me of the North Koreans and their "dear leader". Quite cute, but it's not logical.

  2. How long ago was Chucky playing the "I've never met Craig Whyte" card?

Rangers' consortium leader Charles Green denies links to Craig Whyte

    • Green says he met Whyte for the first time last week

"On any suggestion of a previous connection, Green said: "It was complete rubbish. I met Craig Whyte for the very first time a week last Tuesday in London."

Green has been afforded exclusive‑bidder status three months after Rangers entered administration. The former Sheffield United chief executive aims to take the club out of that form via a company voluntary arrangement on 6 June but such a move depends on the support of key creditors, HM Revenue and Customs among them."

  3. Even the most ardent Rangers fans must be getting a little tired of the fact that honesty seems to be an alien concept to anyone in the corridors of power at Ibrox.

It really doesn't matter if it was Whyte that Green was lying to, it's the fact that he was dishonest in trying to gain control of your club. Fit and proper person test? Anyone?

Remember that when Green first appeared on the scene, he made no secret of only being in it to make a few quid. This was well before he fell madly, deeply in love with Rangers.

So at the time he met with Whyte he lied and positioned himself to gain control of the club solely to line his own pockets.

He is completely odious. I fear that Green's tenure will be looked back upon as yet another f**k up. You really shouldn't be putting any faith in this man or holding anything that he says as any kind of standpoint to revere. He's been shown up as a liar - time and time again.

    Excellent, have a green dot.

  4. Just a shame for you that the Tribunal and, therefore, the law takes a contrary view.

The way I look at it. Rangers owe me, you and anyone who pays tax in Scotland money. I doubt Rangers are out of the deep water yet.

Having said that, I want football to prevail. Wish everyone would just shut up about it and get on with things. I would place the blame almost entirely with "Sir" David Murray who put the club into this mess.

  5. Really?

    I mean, really?

The fact remains that your deceased corpse of a club cheated this country out of £130+ million. The zombie-co remains, and claims to retain the cheating old-co's history. Most other clubs would want to cut all ties and distance itself from that kind of stain on their history, but apparently not Rangers or their deluded fans.

Enjoy your small 'victory'. It will come back to bite you hard on the baws. :)

  6. Going back to train lines, the Glasgow > Ardrossan South Beach line can be a pretty daunting experience, especially at weekends. Passes a few right dodgy schemes

Glasgow, Paisley (Feegie), Johnstone (in general), Miliken Park (Howwood Road), Glengarnock (Kilbirnie Longbar - hellhole), Dalry (has a few horrible schemes, Timber etc), Kilwinning (Blacklands), Stevenston (all of it), Saltcoats (top end), Ardrossan (top end)
