    The auld posh women that lives in the flat below me has put leaflets out asking for a "Tenants meeting" to discuss some issues within our building. I've never been to one of these so not sure what the protocol is, should I take a crate down?

    The old Olympia leisure centre in Dundee had mixed changing areas for years. Never heard of any problems. Must just be Dumfries. Used to go the the Olympia all the time as a kid and there was all sorts of stuff that went on in those cubicles which would be police matters these days.

    Burden of proof is on you I'm afraid. Cutting back on consumption of fossil fuels and diverting from the path of progress like these XR people call for would force millions into poverty, and starvation and lower the quality of life of everyone else. You need decent evidence for your argument if you want to convince me that it's worth it.

    It is very fashionable to trot out this "white men" line these days but I don't understand why anyone would single-out white men for anti-LGBT stuff when brown people are many, many times more anti-LGBT. Also it seems to be female feminists who are most aggrieved by this. The high-profile rift in the SNP is between prominent female MPs and the Scot Govt.

    Silly boy if he fucks this up over a few pennies. Jack Hendry is on over net £6.5k a week at Celtic so I'd imagine Turnbull would be offered slightly more.

    Apparently the Scot Gov are announcing legislation for this on the 25th June, lots of debate about it from the usual Twitterati suspects. I'll always vote for the SNP but surely this will be a massive vote loser and is conceding the sensible middle ground.

    Energy input will be much higher than simple toothpaste which is produced at massive volumes in efficient factories. Lush products are handmade which means massively inefficient and the fact it's in a recyclable bottle doesn't mean it will actually be recycled. How much energy does it take to recycle the plastic - it's probably not worth it.

    When I make a cup of tea I steal milk from my flatmate and just top up the bottle with a wee bit of water from the tap so he never notices. By not buying milk myself I am using less plastic and not contributing to the massive emissions of the dairy industry.

    If the BBC didn't commission it I'm sure they could just do a crowdfund and go straight to Youtube. Ironic thing is they'd get much higher viewing numbers on Youtube than BBC anyway, even when Iplayer is added. Look at the views for Si Ferry hour long interviews on Youtube, no way would they get the same numbers on BBC.

    They should have invested in a stadium years ago. At the least it would be good to see the derby against Edinburgh played at Hampden.
