Teams that are gonna be at same level and Berwick making no signings, and don't even have a permanent manager. Waiting while Tuesday is a great plan.....Think they said the next Board meeting is next Tuesday. Ridiculous to wait that long, given our predicament.
Seen on t'internet that Brownlie is keen to carry on. Not keen on that but rather him then Harvey.0 -
All this noise out the club is really deafening isn't it

Wonder when the big sorry speech will be put out from the board.

Would wager that a very high proportion of this team won't be playing for Berwick again, and won't be playing football professionally again for that matter.

pretty much sums up how every Berwick fan will be feeling.1

Way things are looking right now any route they take will never get back to the SPFLThey'd never get back to the SPFL if they went down that route.0 -
Sneaking suspicion that they may try and join northern leagues in England with all the scouting that apparently went on down Newcastle way.
Sad day for club today, as we've said all season. Disappointed but not surprised.0 -
Don't tell him this that, its gonna turn into another Bielsa inspired spy gate. Having said that spying on training after this season will just have a 2 word report saying "they're pish"Haddington.

The Scrooge like defence at it again. Shame it's Scrooge at the end of a Christmas carol giving everything away.
P.S is Harvey gone yet?0 -

José Mourinho still seems to be struggling to get work, reckon we could entice him to come to the Costa del Berwick

On Brydon I didn't realise he's only 31, seems an age since he was last playing for Berwick.
He's a gamble right enough but with how many goals conceded in last few matches he's no worse than what's back there now. Good height back there and you don't really lose technique, just depends on the physicality now. If he can commit and physically endure even just till the end of the season then it's better than nothing and touch wood is a decent signing.0 -
No new arrivals expected either. Lovely deadline day this. If they cling on this season in guessing it's start from scratch next year with a brand new side.

Shola Ameobi as player manager would be a dream.

Everyone's got their own point of view on here so there really is no point getting into arguments when it's just a fan forum for debate at the end of the day.
Lets not let it go all Facebook with slaggings followed by "U ok? PM me *** xx"
On the football side there's no getting past the fact that they're playing shite and any/every fan has all the right in the world to say that on here cause its true, after all the disaster off the pitch in the boardroom, on the pitch its somehow looking even worse!
On the point of deterring players from joining, being slagged off for performance is part of a footballers job for crying out loud, every player in the world has their critics. Robbie horn should be using it in the whole "go out and prove them b*****ds wrong!"2 -
Jimmy crease to take over chairmanship under his alter ego "Crease Lightning"

Adams must feel like he's in front of a firing squad for how many shots he's faced.
With the directors I feel a carrot and stick approach is needed. We take the carrot, stick it up their arse, followed by the stick, followed by a bigger and rougher carrot.2 -
Ali Dia, Skeletor and that Iranian fella that can't take a throw in.If there are any positives to take away from this week, it's that the club keeps mentioning transfer talks going on with targets. Any rumours who they might be?0 -

Wilson confirming he's left on the Twitter. 5 a side team looks a stretch now.
