Imagine getting so worked up because you didn't get a clean header that you end up getting sent off, what a muppet.
Is it common practice nowadays to keep a yellow card in the hip pocket and a second yellow card in the breast pocket alongside the red card? Or just this fella?

It's always funny when a team time waste in corners for five or so minutes then get caught out.

A much simpler explanation than that.
The opening day games can’t be played before the official opening day of the season.
And the other game is Sunday the 2nd of January… so that would mean travelling into Edinburgh for a 7:45 ko on Hogmanay and trying to leave after 10pm on HogmanayFair enough.

So 16 of 18 home games set for Friday nights, but both Rovers fixtures are the odd pair out. Coincidence, or did our board object?

When did Elgin demolish the area behind the [right-hand according to their TV coverage] goal? Haven't been to Borough Briggs in a couple of years (unsurprisingly) but hadn't seen that before.

Heavy vibes that the Scottish Cup games on Saturday will get hooked due to a clash with the royal funeral. Presumably the league games would follow suit, so potentially the end of the road for the split?
Is there room to squeeze another set of games in ahead of the deadline?

For whoever it was that asked - the BBC have released the podcast from this afternoon.

Stumbled across this recently, and thought it was outstanding - James Bond gone wrong.
I've only seen a couple of episodes though; anyone seen the rest of them? Is it worth tracking the lot of them down?
See here on YOUTUBE for a taste (the episode will expire soon, so I've not embedded it).

We haven't played Dundee in a competitive fixture since 1970.

So, let me get this straight. If the Ferranti-Christ* doesn't sell up by Wednesday afternoon, will I have a free Saturday this weekend, or is it not that simple?

I've no idea where Albion Rovers signed Abou Mansare from - he's now at St Anthony's.
He was from Guinea - born in Conakry - and was studying in Scotland. Rovers signed him from a juvenile side; possibly St Peters in Paisley, but I can't be 100% certain. My memory is a bit hazy.
Abou missed half the season until his passport was sorted, and only made a couple of appearances from the bench, which was a shame as he looked very impressive in the pre-season friendlies.
The Scotsman at the time claimed he was a Guinean international. He wasn't - though I can't envisage a scarier or more physically intimidating centre-half pairing than Abou and Bobo Balde.
