1x dunfermline, 1x raith, 1x hibs, 1xhearts and 1 aberdeen (i think)
as for the janitors, cleaners and evening leisure staff.
3x dunfermline, 2x rangers, 1x hearts, 1x arsenal, 1x man utd and 1 liverpool (he does come from there tbf) the rest i dont think care.
there used to be a dundee, dundee utd, and another 2 rangers but they left a while ago now

I’m assuming the Wighton deal has fallen through. I don’t understand why this wouldn’t have been announced yet, if it was agreed at the weekend.
i could be wrong but i think hes signed a PCA so there is no hurry to announce however a part of me thinks that the nesbit deal falling through may be the reason he never come in the window? we get the money from hibs and pay hearts a minimal fee to take him early, like most of the deals have been done this season. hibs didnt sell so we have just deciced to wait until end of season instead ? probably talkin s*ite tbh

He scored 3 goals for us! I have NO recollection of those.
only goal i can remember him scoring was the winner @ partick, we won 3-2 after he missed a pen but scored the rebound quite late on. no idea about the other 2 goals he scored tho.

Out of curiosity are any pars fans intending on paying the £18.50 for this?
nope, only perk of having family who are jambo season ticket holders means ill be getting it through them for free

not confident about this at all, hearts looked good last night, albeit against 10 men and a tired raith team, scored 4 and probably should have had more, pars have barely looked like scoring the past 2 games and if we play the same again, then this could be a dooooing.

Market square is your best bet.
5 minute walk to the ground has 5 pubs, the globe, Devorgilla, salutation and the spread eagle. If your looking for the town centre i would say the barrel or the hole in the wa will be your best bet to have the rugby on
Perfect cheers

Me and a couple mates are heading along to this as we'll be in Carlisle for the weekend. Any suggestions on pubs for pre and post match drinks ? And hopefully somewhere that will show the rugby

Personally would suggest the east port for a pint or 2 pre match. And if you CBA going to the game you'll get it in there and it's usually a decent pint

Nicky Clark has been our best striker since Andy Kirk.
James Vincent should have been kept and wasn't as bad as made out to be.

If we had the best player in the league- a striker- I'd expect them to score against the top 5 teams in the league in more than 2 matches out of 17 attempts over a season.
Maybe that's just me though.
Where would you rank Clark in the list of best strikers in the division ? When you compare them on past 2 seasons it does seem a bit mental to criticise Dobbie for lack of goals against the top 5 when you consider Clark only scored 3 goals in his first season ( 2 Morton , 1 Falkirk) and 3 again last season (1 st mirren, 1 Dundee Utd and 1 Inverness) against the top 5 teams.0 -
If they gave him a role similar to Pete then it wouldn't have been to bad. Pete was a main point in maybe 3 episodes at most. The rest were cameo at best which worked well.

Only just discovered this thread. Gutted I haven't watched much of capaldi as the doctor as every episode i did was crap. Think he was a good doctor but story lines ruined it for me. Personally hope the doctor isn't a woman tho. I haven't totally giving up on doctor who but haven't been as into it since Smith left. Hope it's on the up and looking forward to the Christmas episode.

Teenage Kicks was only played when the team came out under Kenny. It was absolute sacrilege and hope its like is never repeated. Into The Valley should always be the tune the team runs out to
im sure it used to be played during the warm up. always remember it being one of the first songs I heard when entering the ground and it was usually a bit before kick off.

is there a PATG/tickets on the day option at tynecastle ? im heading along with my dad (as I have done on 3 occasions this season) and usually get a ticket from his mate but it looks like he is going this week and as Dunfermline don't have a game I was going to head along. any help would be great thanks

The good thing getting Clark for me is when we do get the ball in the box we will have 2 guys to choose from who have more confidence in front of goal. While I like moffat. He just doesn't seem to have that killer instinct at goal. An example would be against queens, Reilly tees it up for moffat from 8 yards and he misses (like he seems to do a lot in that area), I'd feel more certain we would score if it falls to Clark in that situation.
If we sign farid I'll be over the moon.
No idea who herron is tho.....

as for the lizzie i have heard its redevelopment is to make it more for food than a pub which i assume would make it a bit different than it used to be. cant be certain but i would avoid and look for boozers in town. imo

glad this is on council tele, dont think i could face paying £14 on another dug s*** performance away from home.
only things im confident about happening in this game are, raith will score at least 1 goal from a shot that our keeper should be saving, mcmanus will commit at least 5 fouls and get booked at some point.
my money will be going on btts and over 2.5 goals. dont think i can bring myself to sticking a raith win on my coupon.
