    Why when you go to order is there a £4.99 shipping charge?

    Hi ToonBairn,

    Did you get my email reply yesterday? I assume you may be the same person who emailed the shop email address.

    If a purchase is made online, or in this case pre-ordered, it's assumed the shirt will be posted out hence the postal charge. The online system doesn't allow collect in store as an option I'm afraid.

    If you would like to pre-order but collect from the stadium shop you can pre-order in person or call the shop on 624121.

    Edited to add: Any issues, order online, and I'll refund the shipping charge and you can just collect in store.

    Morning All

    As per the story on the official wesite, the Retail Team are again supporting The Poppy Appeal Scotland and our Academy with auctioning off the players special poppy shirts from next weekends game at Starks Park.

    Quick update on the poppy shirt auctions. Considering the game is still to take place and we see who has worn which jersey, some fantastic bids thus far;

    #1 - £121

    #8 - £75

    #9 - £147

    #10 - £87

    All others are yet to be bid on as of yet.

    Auctions close on Monday 12th November.

    1986/87 Spall Retro Shirt

    As per the news release on the official website, fans can pre-order the 1986/87 Retro shirt from tomorrow morning either at the Stadium Store or online at www.thefalkirkshop.co.uk

    Pre-order sales have been fantastic this week at the stadium store, and after a couple of technical issues, these shirts are now available to pre-order at www.thefalkirkshop.co.uk

    Shirts expected late November/Early December in time for Xmas.

    Ticket sales going well for both games coming up v Raith Rovers and Rangers.

    Remember the shop is open 10-4 this week and saturday 9am-KO and then 4.45-5.15pm for both Retail & Ticket sales.

    Get your new Home &/or Away shirts now, sales have been fantastic this far with over 50% of all replica stock sold.

    Thanks for all the bids so far, at the half way point in the auctions.

    Current bids are;

    * Be a Matchday Mascot v Rangers (Ramsdens Cup) - £100

    * Signed 2012/13 Home shirt by 1st team squad - £49

    * Signed 2012/13 Away shirt by 1st team squad - £56

    Please remember included in the mascot auction are 3 West stand tickets (Falkirk allocation) for the child and 2 parents/guardians, full child strip aswell as the chance to meet the players and lead the team out.

    4 options from 4 decades have been chosen, after feedback and suggestions from fans and these 4 are the most popular that we have been asked for. We appreciate there are others deserving to be reproduced and we will look at more options next year im sure.
