Trying to find the thread on here that somebody started a while back about a website that gave you clues to go find things when you were out walking. I keep thinking it's something like geotagging but it's not that. Anybody any ideas?

The wage grading system is bringing them in-line with the rest of the industry. Whether its fair depends on what the situation is, obviously. Why should the people in the shops which are busy work there arses off for 14 hours a day be paid the same as people who sit and watch tv all day because they have few punters by comparison?
Having said that they are using this as an excuse to generally cut wages across the board but its mainly aimed at the ex-Tote staff they took on when they bought the Tote who were on MUCH better terms than any other bookie. I say better, they still weren't that great and should be the standard for bookies IMO. The staff in BetFred are trying to fight it but there's not enough staff in a Union to make a difference.
The Government need to abolish the ABB, which is basically the big Four anyway, and create a proper regulating body who can actually enfore the "responsible Gambling" which is currently a farcical situation.

I remember the aftermath of the comments, but I've never actually seen the highlights from the game in question. The decisions hightlighted are absolutely incredible - absolute stonewall penalty that, if the referee didn't spot, surely the linesman should? If anything, the performance of that linesman is as bad, or worse, as the referee's performance.
Mark de vries got booked for asking if his goal was going to stand too. Those c***s fucked us over twice that year with disgusting decisions in the league cup final too.

No, the punishment is only light because of who's involved, I've no doubt that anyone outwith the big 6 would be out of Senior football under the samecircumstances.
The big 6? Don't think so somehow, ANY team outside of the old firm would have been chucked out the instant the cva failed and punted to the 3rd division and nobody would have batted an eye lid in outrage.
