Great travelling numbers from the Pandas and well done for not being Old Firm supporters. Great bunch of lads.

It’s a reluctant, but albeit necessary GIRUY.

I thought that was fabulous entertainment. When these ignorant fuds come out with their ‘never watched a good game on plastic shite’ remind them of this one. Could ramble on about how good Killie were second-half but would just like to praise the St Mirren support. Numerically and vocally the best I’ve seen at Rugby Park in years..

Since you are so invested in this game , what do make of the 2 Killie handballs ?

Findlay’s wasn’t a penalty because it hit his foot before hitting his hand. That rules it out.
Not even sure the Mayo one actually touched him. Would have been if it did but it’s not conclusive.

    Donnelly’s is a stonewaller.

We were absolutely honking, never looked like scoring throughout the game. Bizarre starting 11 from Doc, we were hung out to dry with that 11.

Glad this pumping came in the cup which we are seemingly incapable of competing in year on year.

Owen Beck is an irreplaceable talent, a noticable absentee who I miss greatly.

Legzdins was dreadful and anyone defending him needs sectioned.

Kilmarnock itself was a great day out, friendly west coasters that don’t bow to the old firm. Enjoyed multiple cold lagers with locals that were up for a laugh.

good luck in the next round Killie.

    Thank you.

    Good lad. Well said. 👍

    As @Rory says.

Showed a few classy touches, didn't get any chances (was coming deeper at times to link up - which he did quite well). Looked to me to have decent pace and physicality.

    Early days of course.

Bobby is an absolute goal machine for our youths/reserves. The other parts of his game (strength/hold-up play etc) will improve as he gets older.

Hope he does well for you. Look after him! 👍

  5. Serious though. U support where u come from. Ayr have a good hard-core support. I’ve got far more time for a South Ayrshire Ayr supporter than the bigots. Same in Killie and elsewhere.
f**k all to do with me on ur forum but I’m genuinely surprised u didn’t have a bus tonight. No doubt u would have due-hards on trains etc it just genuinely surprised me.

  6. Great stuff. No way if things work out that way we want a play-off at Inverness. Somerset is a dawdle these days for us. Reading the earlier posts did u eventually manage to collect enough cash from The Hub, the club and ur various supporters clubs to arrange a bus for ur biggest game for years?

By the way predictive text took me to ‘the Hub’ to ‘the ***’. Mibbee u should have asked ur scarf-sharers to help u out.

I had always presumed that they did, and didn't referee that team's games.

There was a memorable case of a referee who was packing it in and was a Rangers fan. He asked if he could be in charge of a Rangers game before he left and was allowed to do Rangers v Killie, very near the end of a season. Much howling from Celtic fans followed, yet in the actual game he turned down 3 Rangers penalty claims and Killie won 1-0, handing Celtic the title.

Believe that version if u want. A Rangers penalty claim is not the same as everyone else’s penalty claim.

Bobby Tait was the referee. Mark Reilly asked him how long to go deep in injury-time time with Killie up 1-0.

’Till Rangers score son’ he was told.
