  1. Similarly when fans of both teams arrive at queen st they can walk down to the low level and get a train to bellgrove or take the short walk to central and take a train to Dalmarnock. There's not really much difference.
  2. Good article, it's great that wwe acknowledges a company like ROH and where many of it's current stars have come from.
  3. Could be worse, they could go down the Kane v Daniel Bryan at WM route. As long as Triple H puts him over cleanly I think that would be fine for mania. That said, could the ego of Triple H handle a third straight wrestlemania loss?
  4. The first 4 seasons of this are available on Netflix. If anyone is looking for a new show to fill the void left by the likes of Breaking Bad and Dexter or anything else that's finished recently i'd highly recommend this.
  5. I'll see your 11 days and raise you an additional 2 weeks! Get home from Saudi tomorrow.

    The Wire

Similar to Breaking Bad where the network initially wanted to cast John Cusack or Matthew Broderick in the Walter White role.
  7. Clearly a big ploy by Celtic and Lawwell to deflect from the soft loans and land deals at Celtic.
  8. Arya Jon Snow Cersei Stannis Ghost
  9. I don't think we'll get the benefit of such a low subscription price here, it's an initial $9.99 in the US for the first six months. I think once the network proves to be a success there will be a bit of a price hike there and that will probably be reflected in the price we get here.
  10. It'll all depend what type of deal sky currently has with WWE regarding the showing of PPV. Perhaps that's why it isn't being rolled out globally right away. If Sky still has a deal in place for ppv content it would perhaps have to be locked out from the UK version of the WWE network.
  11. I'm in the back row of the north stand right in the centre. I'd sat there a couple of times last season, it's actually quite a decent height and is easy enough to follow the game. I'd have preferred a similar position maybe a little higher in the main stand but that wasn't available when we decided to go for season tickets. Generally get the train and have a couple of beers at the game so parking isn't an issue. I like that scotstoun feels more like a real home for Glasgow than firhill ever did.
  12. I went to Hertha Berlin v Schalke, I just called the ticket office ordered my tickets and picked them up at the booths outside the stadium. I wouldn't use viagogo if you can buy directly from the club.
  13. True the running track isn't ideal but overall I like scotstoun. I much prefer it over playing at firhill. The capacity is only really an issue for Edinburgh games, think the average crowd this season is about 4500. My only gripe with Scotstoun is the stand i sit in (North stand) should have been built like for like with the main stand. I think there's enough space behind, and in front without getting too close to the track for it to be bigger than it currently is. Is it a 10 year lease they have on the stadium?
  14. I'm 3 episoides in to this and so far enjoying it. Just shows that the BBC can do really good drama every so often (Sherlock, Life on Mars, Luther being recent examples)
  15. Same happened for the Treviso game, didn't have the pitch inspection until 6pm for a 7pm kick off. I was just outside Scotstoun when that one was called off. No revised date for the treviso game as yet but i think they will try and rearrange the 1872 game for over the weekend.
  16. People who aren't prepared when they get to airport security. People with ridiculously sized carry on luggage wandering up and down the aisle looking for space for baggage because they couldn't board the plane in sequence as requested.
  17. I think six years on a peruvian prison diet will soon see her lose bodyweight and also her uptown rack! Six years doesn't seem too bad in comparison to the fifteen originally suggested. Expect the tabloids to be full of the parents being photographed with their best sad face on as they appeal to have them moved to a British prison.
  18. I like the Austin podcasts, some good stuff he's gone over with Scott Hall and Sean Waltman, like the Daniel Bryan episode also.
  19. You would think they would use the TV belt to build someone like Joe, Roode or Magnus back up and put them eventually back in to a world title programme. Give someone a solid six month run that sees the tv belt take a similar role to the ecw version when van dam held it. Or my initial idea that would see a battle royal to crown a new tv champion that would ultimately see Dixie Carter emerge victorious. She'd look great in ring gear similar to that of Michael Cole.
  20. Do they still use the TV title on TNA? I thought Devon was champion but he's no longer with TNA is he?
  21. Haven't the English made noises about playing Southern Hemisphere clubs in some sort of cup competition if they couldn't get their own European cup up and running? Sky start showing the Pro 12 from next season, increased exposure will be great for the clubs involved and bring additional revenue. The deal with Rabo to sponsor the league expires at the end of the current season so I'd expect a bigger name as league sponsor.
