Shit's sake, we drew Rangers away in the Ramdens cup, I'd rather we played them later on in the competition or at least a home game. One moron who supports the other half of the chuckle brothers on Facebook has already claimed he's bringing his tricolour to the game. Will we get much money from this game?
It's probably better financial wise that it's away, and we should take a few thousand there, mabye 3000, it depends. And yes, I heard that East Fife got around £250,000 for their game vs The Rangers and that was Round 1, there should be more at this game. Anyway, i know that I'm looking forward to it and can't wait! Mon the South

I wasn't at the game last night so I'd like to know how the Clark, Reilly partnership worked? Were they too similar or did they cause problems?
Maybe if the BOD had listened to the doom merchants and sacked Gus earlier we may have avoided relegation.
They didn't really cause too many problems, though they both put a good shift in. I think Reilly is gunna be used as an impact sub this season more than a starter. I would like to have seen the ball on the deck a bit more as it would have suited the team better IMO. Don't wanna go back to the 'long ball' McPherson stuff. Good performances all-round though.

His records not exactly great, 1 in 18 for the champions of this league and only 29 in 130 for us so far.
Not the worst for a winger though (where he has played in pre-season) and he looked good.

Frustrated that we've signed Young when Hopkirk said himself he wanted to sign and looks a better player to me. Delighted with the signing of Lyle, though some people don't want him. However i think he's a good player despite his past.

Decent game but should have been atleast 3 or 4. Clarks finishing is truely woeful. Happy to be in the next round though!

Nope I thought it was closed doors. Just my opinion of the handful of games I've seen him in and that many agree with. Time will tell if he is going to be a good keeper but thats my opinion.

Good result against an SPL side! Not surpised we conceded 4 with Atkinson in goals but glad to see Guff bag a brace and Milli on the score sheet. Hopefully we sign Mitchell, Milligan, Hopkirk and Lyle (controversial) now.

Saw Derek Holmes 3-4 times last year including both legs of the play off final, hes absolutely gash if Queens are going for the title then hes not what you should be going after IMO.

Would defiantly like to see Holmer back at Palmerston.
I definitely wouldn't. Agree with Greig that he was good the first season but I wouldn't like him back now as I don't think he'd do the job.

No need to tell the world contract situations, surely clubs know when players contracts expire etc, so why should the club have to make an announcement, would be different if the players were stil contracted for next season and let go. In thus instance I support the board.
Yeah but it's about being engaged with the fans and letting them know whats going on. Like someone else said, it's crap not knowing if the likes of Simmons have been offered contracts. Which I for one hope he hasn't

Why the f*ck did the board not sack him 6 weeks ago then?, we were in trouble and the only thing that looked likely, was relegation. Although I mainly blame Gus, I think the board has to take some blame on letting him keep his job for as long as they did. Although I suppose what's done is done. Atleast he is gone.

Somehow we need to get another striker in on loan or see what players Rangers release.
Clark and Carmichael are both wide players we need a striker who can play off Parkin
We will find it hard to stay in the 1st Div. with what we have just now.
If we play like we did on Tuesday against other Division 1 teams, we will stay up. That is IF we play like we did against Aberdeen.
