The last time the Scottish Cup Final was held as late as 30 May was in 2009 and Falkirk played in that game.
We also outplayed Rangers in that game, I remember walking past Rangers fans through Glasgow and the majority saying to us that we deserved to win, which shocked me as I half expected some bile to be shouted at us.

Seems like TheRangers/Sooberally's predicaments are national news now. They've made it to the Monday Night Club on Radio 5. Discussion imminent.

If we are generally in agreement that Captain Green is a bit short of cash, and Brian Kennedy is saying that his offer of £5m is still on the table (the important phrase is "controlling interest"), is there a reason to be (more) suspicious that CG is planning a quick getaway, and can't afford to lose the ability to cut and run on his own (or his investors') terms and timing? I still think the The Rangers won't kick a ball in anger, and CG is just playing a game of brinkmanship.
The key question is what is the quantum of Brian Kennedy's bid?

Seems no one here yet has caught this latest instalment on the BBC....finally, the massive redundancy programme will start at Rangers.
The only chance a 3rd division 'Rangers' have is to fire away. If only they'd done this four months back maybe they could have survived this...now, it's a last desperate gamble.
I thought that too when Green mentioned it in his interview earlier with Jim White...surely the Administration should have did that before!!

SSN news started by saying that Dundee are to replace Oldco Rangers in the SPL,but say they have not formally accepted it yet.....several minutes later they say the chairman has accepted,now they are back to saying they have not formally accepted.
