  1. He seemed to be highly rated at Motherwell. Still only 21 so time for him to get himself a reality check maybe.
  2. Surprised Stuart McKinstry hasn't found a club yet surely worth a shot we need something different on the wings.
  3. Think the plan is to cover the roof with solar panels.
  4. Wouldn't be against it tbh. McGlynn was only a coach/assistant before took the Rovers job the first time.
  5. Never said Potter said it what I actually said was it is in the article with Potter otherwise I would have worded it as Potter said next week.
  6. Courier article today with Potter suggesting could be sometime next week.
  7. There's always a smart arse on these forums checking spelling and grammar. If it makes them feel good who cares. He's definitely an interesting candidate. Just have to wait and see. He might not want to leave Cork now hes on the verge of taking them up.
  8. Yeh I'd be happy with Robson. Surprised hes not on the radar especially as hes out of a job atm.
  9. Can't argue with you on that but given the choice I would rather give a young up coming manager who hasn't failed yet the chance. I agree I wanted someone more proven but they just aren't available.
  10. https://www.independent.ie/sport/soccer/league-of-ireland/cork-city-boss-tim-clancy-on-shortlist-for-vacant-raith-rovers-job-but-linfields-david-healy-favourite-for-post/a777147054.html There you go from 6 days ago
  11. Didn’t say top division title just said he’s won a league title.
  12. I agree tbh he’s also coached and managed in the top Irish league already won a title before. Still young and highly thought of. Not sure what else we can look for unless someone like Neilson became available.
  13. Think it was mention Friday last week when they were reporting the Healy offer.
  14. Not many other candidates stick out tbh. Surprised Barry Robson hasn’t been mentioned.
  15. https://www.irishexaminer.com/sport/soccer/arid-41464921.html?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter Tim Clancy the next front runner then? Was reported last week in one of the irish papers Rovers sounded him out as a potential candidate before offering the job to Healy. His assistant took the media duties yesterday. Only problem would be their league ends in October and they are running away with the title.
  16. Some of our fans are seriously needing to get a grip with all these rumours. Its one thing to speculate on managers but to start spreading crap about a players life is brutal. If he didn't want away before I wouldn't blame him now.
  17. Agree with this. Our Chief Executive claimed that all due diligence was done before they sacked Murray and they were ready to act quickly. Now its no comment to the FFP and silence. I'm not saying that they don't have it in hand but from the outside looking in it doesn't look good so an update wouldn't go wrong.
  18. I hope not but has a feeling like that. We at least have Potter and Mickey to keep things running for the time being but doesn't look great atm.
