ALLY McCOIST is set to make three more signings as he continues to build his squad before a 12-month signing embargo kicks in on September 1.
The manager revealed today that he is hopeful of capturing former St Johnstone striker Francisco Sandaza after productive talks over the weekend.
He is also hopeful that an agreement can be reached with Brazilian centre back Emilson.
And McCoist also indicated that a deal is set to be done with former Hearts and Scotland striker Kevin Kyle.
Sandaza's representatives had meetings over the weekend while discussions have also started with Emilson's people after a couple of days' training with the Light Blues.
Kyle has also been training with Rangers and the giant striker is also close to clinching a contract.

It isn't an abuse. I'm happy to uphold The Williamite Revolution as a 'good thing'. I am happy that some of our fans celebrate this. I am aware enough to know that sometimes this descends to abuse and I hate that and apologise for it.
However, it should be OK to sing some 'Orange' songs without being called a bigot.

Thusfar, only Quislingmuir have officially confirmed they're 'Yes', IIRC.
I may be a Falkirk fan but I was born and brought up in Stenny. The bolded word above drove a metaphorical knife into my heart, hearing my wee village called that. They fucking deserve it though!

Christ with all them holding up their phones in one hand with a straight arm it started making me think we might have the beginnings of a mini Nazi-like revolution on our hands, there are certainly a lot of weak, narrow minded individuals present who could easily be led down the garden path into a full scale war...... BUT then I saw their leader and i heard him speak and when he said 'I've had loads of emails and texties!' I thought 'Awwwhh bless him' then went and made myself a cup of tea.

Is that you Doddsy? Are you still seething? I mean, it's obvious you were no brain surgeon yourself, even after typing out a reasonably eloquent rant with all the pain and hurt of a Rangers fan who has finally accepted that no amount of twisting and turning in the box is going to get you a metaphorical last minute penalty to save your skin this time around.
That I find your post one of the most pleasing moments of this whole saga is something I will cherish for a long long time. A post like yours manages to sum up perfectly why we 'rent a mob' supporters were only too glad to stand up and wipe the soles of our shoes clean this time around. This has been a long time coming and yes, some of the groundswell of opinion has been through pure and utter hatred of Rangers. And most of it with damn good cause. From the sectarian sewer you were happy to dwell in for all those years, to the financial doping I cannot think of one single reason to respect Rangers in any way, shape or fashion.
Humility and contrition are something still missing, even in your nicely worded seethe and I can't begin to explain to someone like you just how utterly brilliant that is. You have effectively made all our diddy points collectively for us while trying to appear cleverer than you are. Even someone like you who purports to a degree of intelligence still manages to rant about the injustice of it all, with merely a tilt of the head towards the 'I don't condone what Rangers have done'. I really not want to detract from your deserved gloatfest tonight but the part I bolded above is revisionist nonsense. Humble is not a word I'd use to describe any post on this thread and certainly not 'most Bears'. There was a 'circle the wagons' attitude from most of you. Not to say that wasn't an understandable reaction but to call your fellow Bears on here humble is laughable.
Anyway, gloat away!
