Also, misrepresentation in sales - he's attempting to float them on the AIM - continual reference to "the stock market", while no doubt irrelevant to his target audience, is misleading to the extent of "passing off".
Anyhoo, that's Charlie's bollox. Craigie Boy, ye're on. Still hoping for Bomber as a guest, but I'll make do with Colin Jackson.
So the quantum is up to £80 million? Good to see it back.

Actually Dee eff cee it's quite an interesting situation.
A completely new team have joined SFL3.
I hope they conduct themselves as well as Annan, for instance. They've been a real credit to the league.

dont you worry sir, our 40% reduction still gives us 21000 St's sold (based on 35k sold last season minimum)

For once the blazers got their Glasgow blinkers off and realised the fans would rather play it in their own city. Think the choice of ground was on the toss of a coin.
No-one took the huff and went to the Court of Session about that, there were no stabbings, kick-off wasn't brought forward to avoid violence, A&E wasn't full, there were no bus loads of glory hunters (apart from the usual Arabs from East Angus
)just football and a big crowd. Imagine that, MSM OF apologists. Needless to say the blazers quickly put their blinkers back on...
