Lets get a few things straight here.
Newcorpse have no money to rent a stadium, pay the police, first aiders, electricity, gas, admin staff, security and all the other things a team needs
to conform to the rules. They have no SFA license either so cant apply to the SFL. They wont get a SFA license as Green will have to make know who the owners are and where the money has come from. Mind HMRC and the police are involved so the money has to be clean. HMRC will also demand tax payments up front.
There is no income stream as the season ticket money is going to the creditors at the moment and theres a bloody good chance that SEVCO have been conned out of £5.5m as theres real doubts over who actually owned all the assets in the first place.
They dont even have players good enough to win the 3rd even if they somehow manage to get into the SFL. No chance of doing a Livi/ Gretna and buying the league title as THEY HAVE NO MONEY and so far no one rich enough and stupid enough has appeared to fund this brand new team.
In short, THEY ARE FINISHED.
The End.

Most research iv ever done for this forum
Queen's Park Hampden Park 52,500
Clyde Broadwood Stadium 8,029
Stranraer Stair Park 5,600
East Stirlingshire Ochilview Park[a] 5,267
Berwick Rangers Shielfield Park 4,131
Peterhead Balmoor 4,000
Alloa Athletic Recreation Park 3,412
Elgin City Borough Briggs 3,927
Annan Athletic Galabank 3,500
Montrose Links Park 3,292
random post sorry.
Youd be hard pushed to get 5267 into Ochilview. A wee stand and terrace behind one goal.

If i bought a car on HP and only paid a few repayments then flogged the car to someone, who really owns the car?
Thats exactly what Whytes done. The reason im asking is if Ibrox etc wasnt Whytes to sell in the first place then how
can Greene claim ownership even though it went througha thrid party?
I think Greene will walk before the 1st payday which is sometime this week.

I still think Whyte owns the assets. If thats the case then there wont be a football team playing in any meaningful league next year.
I also suspect Green was trying to buy the club with the fans ST money but cocked up.
The only thing that is a certainty is that some people will be going to the Bar L.

They do realise that they can only charge £12 in the 3rd division?
There is no way they could survive on that quantum of income every second week.
The upkeep of Ibrokes and Murray park alone would munch that in one bite.

The name "RANGERS" in any shape or form should be dropped and never allowed to be connected again with a Glasgow club.
How many Bluenoses would follow Govan Albion playing in red?
RANGERS will always be contaminated with the stench of corruption/cheating no matter what eau de toilette is sprayed.
Time to kill the name and remove the shame.

It will be funny watching Inverness, St Mirren etc outbid Rangers for players for a couple of years.
Quick question, will Rangers still play Tina Turner and follow follow before games?
They are not simply the best, simply caught cheating more like and as for we will follow on, more like we will run a mile if you're winning f**k all.
Not sure how many public parks have got PA systems TBH.
Mibbees big mooth Jardine could belt it oot?

Will Club12 claim 3 SFL teams have a home advantage when they have to play on an artificial surface?

Its my understanding that when an employee is TUPEd their T&Cs remain the same for a couple of years unless they agree a new contract. Theres no chance Green will pay more than £1000/wk in the 1st division let alone the 3rd. So those players thinking their getting £10-20K /wk in the 3rd are in cloud cuckoo land. Mibbies £10 or £20 like East Stirlingshire.

I'm sure McCowans shut Stenny but Bathgate still producing.
Making the stuff in Engerland now. Stennys factory now Malcolm Allans or soon will be.
Suppose the McCowans coo lives on.

I miss the smell of sweeties you used to get when passing by their factory.
Indeed. Gonna smell of deid coo noo.
No the same going tae the games noo.

Their STs are already out priced at SPL prices.
They are gonnae have a few problems if they are booted down to div 3.
It will be surreal seeing all those 3rd division tops kicking round Falkirk town centre.
I rarely see a Stenny or Shite top and they're the local teams.
But Shire have opened up the new superstore in Bainsford so they must be anticipating a big upsurge.

If Corpse FC couldnt survive in the SPL with all the income generated via TV and non payment then then they sure as hell aint gonna survive in Div 3. No way could they afford the up keep of Ibrox and Murray Park on season tickets priced for Div 3. No one in their right mind would pay upwards of £500 for a years worth of watching Annan Ath and East Stirlingshire.
The policing bill alone would cripple them.
Do SFL clubs not also share gate money?
0 -
The only thing living about Corpse FC is the membership. With that comes the history but also the bad stuff.
Servco FC will want a fresh start in the SPL but a new team in the SPL with no debt would be at too great an advantage
to allow that to happen.

If Corpse FC are playing pre season friendlies what players do they have and who gets their mitts on the money from these games?
Newcorpse FC dont have any players so they cant play.

So physically;
Servco fc have a stadium, training ground but no team........ no team so cannae play anybody. No membership card so cant sign any players.
Rangers FC, may or may not have a team but have a membership card.
Who the hell is gonna play for Servco fc when they dont know what league theyre gonna be in or even if they are gonna get paid.
The season kicks off in 7 weeks in the SPL. Not a lot of time to get up and running.
Rangers FC have pre season friendlies as well.

Strange scenario could be two competing "Rangers" teams. A bit like the Bay City Rollers but wi nae tartan.

The Mail on Sunday says the taxman ARE going after those who had EBTs rather than the dead club. Getting a tax demand for say £50k + would put the frighteners on anyone.
If as Billy Dodds says that he was told all tax was paid on his EBT before he got it, where did the tax money go?
0 -
If the tax man is now gooing after indivivduals rather than the club for overdue tax then will that mean we'll soon be seeing all those dual contracts suddenly appearing?

It was a ridiculous rule to expect clubs to build 10,000 seat white elephants which might never be needed. Well done to the authorities for showing flexibility to ICT and Ross County.
Who pushed for the 10000 all seater stadiums and who benefited from selling the steel? Nuff said really

Looks like the SPL is finished or very nearly. Three leagues and some sort of pyramid system. Pretty sure TRFC will end up in the Pyramid system for long enough to have 3 seasons worth of audited accounts then apply for the SFL proper.
TRFC wont find it as easy as they think as theres plenty good junior teams out there and some pretty dodgy pitches.
Think this would be fair punishment TBH.

Spencey reporting that the SFA will force through a merger between SPL and SFL.
T'Rangers in Division 1 then.
Hopefully an end to the SPL and all the nonsense that goes with it.
For the record i think Dunfermline shouldnt be relegated as the precendent was set by Motherwell and Aberdeen.

What sort of answer is that from 1 of the countries leading businessmen??
SDM a leading businessman???????????? His empire is in meltdown and he off-loaded Rankers to the first bidder regardless of the consequences. As for his "I was duped" defence, that has vague similarities to the "A big boy did it and ran away" defence used by under 5s. He couldn't even spell due diligence!!!!!!!!
Prominent businessman - yes, leading - I don't think so.
Fred the Shred was stripped of his knighthood for failure on a monumental scale in his professed area of expertise. SDM allegedly presided over systematic measures to defraud HMRC out of millions. His time will come.
Aww, to be fair SDM only racked up just short of £1bn in debt.
Fred the Shred was a guid bit mair than that.

Rapid Vienna seem to be under the impression that they can say no to the CVA, yet still get every penny owed to them. Very admirable but, erm - good luck with that!
Id say Hearts are in the same boat.
Would be very difficult getting a Newco club a license if UEFA and FIFA were involved. Changing name and owners wont mean
a thing to them. Govan Albion will still be Rangers in their eyes.
Lets face it, who would ever deal with a company that have a history of not paying their bills. Would a bank offer a credit facility? No chance

There would be a team admitted. Maybe Spartans?
