Piece in the daily mail this evening that Gareth Southgate and other coaches are lobbying for 26.
If that’s the case I’d love to see a wildcard pick (Doak?) but I’d imagine it just solidifies Taylor, Jack and another centre half
The larger squad size last time meant we were able to get Patterson, Turnbull and Gilmour in. Turned out to be a good thing with how well Gilmour did and the amount of caps Patterson and him have.

Have UEFA said it will only be 23 man squads?
At AFCON, countries were allowed up to 27 in the squad.

Am I right in saying we're due an app to store our tickets on?

Flixbus goes direct from Amsterdam to Cologne/Bonn airport.
Yeah, that's an option I've considered.
Other one is to get bus to Düsseldorf then train to Bonn

Thanks for reply.
I've been on there tonight but can't get anything booked for after I arrive. It shows as if they are available but when I go to book part of journey is not available

Thought I was smart booking a flight to Amsterdam but now struggling to find a train to Bonn on 17th June.
Anyone got any advice of alternative ways of getting to Bonn from Amsterdam? Tried via Utrecht but can get to Utrecht but Utrecht to Bonn is sold out.
Just to add flight doesn't get to Amsterdam till 1725

Anyone else staying in Bonn ahead of game in Cologne?

Ridiculous pricing for the five match package when you consider two of the games are friendlies.
I can't see many non members wanting to pay £40 either to watch friendlies v Northern Ireland and Finland. Those games should have been priced cheaper.

Abed been really positive in both of his appearances against Vale of Leven today. Really positive getting forward and got a good few crosses in to the box. Means Neill can play in his natural position too.
Felt today that we took far too long to make changes. Smith and Glasgow should have been on much sooner.

Just a thought, but could it be that it was Boylan himself that wanted to go. Get the impression he wasnt completely happy here recently. Still have a sizeable squad, could more be set to go?
You might well be right. At his age he probably wanted to be starting every week. Still got good couple years or so in him.

Qualifiers are on DAZN in Germany, which every sports/Irish bar has, since it‘s also the platform that shows the Champions League games.
Ask your hotel for a recommendation. Most places will stick it on for you, unless they‘re focusing on the rugby. France v. S. Africa starts at 9.
Thanks. Going to try find somewhere tonight for France v Scotland.

Anyone know of any bars in Hamburg which will be showing Norway v Spain on Sunday?

Did Boylan play?
Yes

Thought Boylan made a difference to us up front as doesn't stop running. Might be an idea to revert to a 4-4-2 for a bit to see if that helps in terms of scoring.
Unlucky with the shot that hit outside of the post.
Feel the team is lacking bite in the middle of the park.

We could do with playing 4-4-2 as whoever plays up front is isolated whenever we're attacking. Squad is unbalanced with too many midfielders and not enough strikers

The biggest frustration is the constant long balls to Smith up top. Play the ball on the deck and we actually look like creating chances.
Apart from goal today, we never threatened Andy. Been same in most games this season that we haven't made the keeper work much, if at all.

Would like to see Boyd start through the middle with Smith playing wide instead or play two of them together up front. Still need at least one other striker, maybe two to provide competition for places.
Positive again today was Thomson who looks to be a great find.

There are just under 200 seats so the capacity is nearer 500 at the moment.
this will rise to around 750 in the not to distant future.
no need for the snack van in a few weeks due to the new food cube etc
Is there the option to buy food and drink currently?

It will be interesting to see how the young players develop. Think Gillies and Thomson in particular have shown some promise

Hoping Abed starts at right back tonight as feel he's played well there every time he's started. Got pace to burn and get forward in support of attack on overlap
