What about the titles won during war years ?
Anyway, I'm still struggling to understand how an administrative rule can equal cheating and result in titles being stripped ?

I know you think you've made a witty point there Florence, but its actually quite apt, since a club or team is made up of its members or players who come and go through time, but the club remains.

were talking about a business not a person, and with a business it can not trade as the same name or a name that may sound similar....... so Rangers can not be in the name, but glasgow could as they trade (or might) in Glasgow
As usual missed the point. If the bankrupt person changes their name they still can't get credit.
Nevertheless they still remain the same person.

i see your point here
because people who are bankrupt are kicked out of the country and have to apply for citizenshiphttp://www.pieandbovril.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.
I'll certainly take your word for that, I'm sure you have more experience .
As usual, when you can't argue against a point you just talk pish.

Pish.
Hearts have won more trophies in the last 6 weeks than your currant club has won in its history.
Davie, this isn't easy for you but ... RANGERS ARE DEID. "The Rangers" have half a team, no league to play in yet, no Ramsdens Trophy opponents yet. 140 years of Rangers died with the liquidation. If they hadn't, you'd still be an SPL team. You've not been flung out of the SPL. You no longer qualify to play there because you're DEID. If you were the same club, has it not crossed your mind that Charles Green would have been in the courts by now to fight for your SPL place.
Green knows it, we know it, the SPL and SFA know it. Some of your more sensible supporters know it. Rangers are DEID. The scramble to have them playing football at some level in the Scottish game is all being caused by the need to find a platform for a NEW CLUB. Not a NEW COMPANY. A NEW CLUB. The OLD CLUB is fucked, finished, gone, no more ... DEID. That's why there was so much protest at Soccerball Bill's plans to liquidate. You can live in la-la land all you want but for the avoidance of doubt the football club known as Rangers who cheated their way through the last 20 years is ABSOLUTELY FUCKIN STONE DEID.
Always happy to help.
When a person is declared bankrupt because they cannot pay their debts do they remain the same person or do they get issued with a new identity ?

I think Sevco 5088 could turn into a genuine football team after a few decades in the Juniors. As it stands, you have no trophies, no history, no fans. Spartans should get the vacant spot IMO.
I think you'll find that sevco have many many more fans than your club.
Also, currently the only undefeated side in Scottish Football.

Divide it generally accepted that sevco 5088 is an actual genuine football team then, that has never won anything ?

Don't know why he lied, probably had a wee panic attack that he'd have his windows panned in or his family threatened by irate Celtic fans, or have to suffer constant calls for clarification from you know who.
Still, the tv pictures didn't seem to me to show what you claim, so once again, ill take the word of the catholic religious education teacher that he made an honest decision.
As for rustybollocks, crow all you like, you'll never be more than a temporary irrelevance, and we'll see you on the way back.

So does that make it acceptable for match officials to tell lies about decisions, why didn't he just say he made a mistake then?
That's quite a contradiction you've posted there.
It looked quite clear on the tv replays that Willie Collum couldn't have seen the incident unless he's got the visual field of a rabbit.

Undeniable that there are many poor decisions made, but only one club has made it their business to intimidate and undermine the entire refereeing system to such an extent.

Usual blinkered nonsense. Dougie MacDonald lied about the reason he changed his mind and correctly disallowed the penalty he had incorrectly awarded. Willie Collum Did see the incident in question, and in any case only he knows for certain and therefore you cannot utter that opinion as fact.
Where is the uproar about lying when every single player on the pitch lies constantly.

Why is it wrong to berate referees who, in some instances are at best incompetent and at worst biased, (Dougie Mcdonald admitted telling lies and Willie Collum gave a penalty when he didn't see the incident). Maybe if the referees weren't beyond reproach and were given the opportunity to explain decisions then it wouldn't have went as far as it did.
ETA, I gave you a greenie by mistake so i evened it up with a red
