To be fair and accurate - it's only been said there is "prima facie" a case to answer. Literally, what this means is that 'at the first glance' there appears to be a case to answer. This case will now be 'prosecuted' if you like by the Independant Commission.

The obvious analogy is to the criminal legal system.............the former Rangers have been nabbed for apparent theft and now are being sent to court to be tried and, if found guilty, to be sentenced.

I thought the SPL had already investigated and decided they had a case to answer ? So now they are passing it on to an independent panel to investigate ? Again ? Are we going to get a different decision this time ?

Get rid of your board

The board have made us a laughing stock ! They would see which way the vote was going to go yet still end up ostracising the club ! After being in profit last season, they might find this decision means they won't be this season ! :-(

Long time watcher, first time poster. Just want to agree with most peoples sentiments on here that I never thought I would see the day when Scottish football would be bun free. The day when the rest of us diddies can enjoy and watch our teams in the non poisonous watp and abusive atmosphere is hopefully not too far off.

Our board has been very quiet on this subject but have made public that when needed to would vote with the best interests of the game at heart, so hopefully you can rely on us to be another stick on no vote.

Keep up the good work my fellow diddymen and I look forward to seeing some of you's in the near future in our Second Division travels.
