  1. Did Tedi delete his original post when he realised that the blogger was saying that he disagreed with the decision of the June appeal, the one that found in Rangers'favour?

Did Tedi actually think that Waiting for Godot was criticising the latest findings? The blog is dated 11.06.15 ffs.

The date is in american format

  2. That's complete conjecture and isn't the type of thing an intelligent man like a judge should come out with.

It wasn't by chance Lord Carloway who said it? The guy who was part of the panel who placed the transfer embargo on Rangers but which was overturned.

Look how much debt the oldco had run up. Who is to say that SDM wouldn't have just added that extra £40M odd onto the pile?

It was a tax avoidance scheme. Tax avoidance isn't employed solely because you can't afford the tax, it's employed because you don't want to pay the tax.

Plus, as I've said above, until there is no chance of the decision being appealed you're all being a bit premature.

From David Murray's (aka "Mr Black") testimony at the original appeal.

    207. Firstly, the arrangements on engagement may be considered. We accepted the 5 evidence of Mr Black, Mr Magenta, and Mr Grey. Characteristically the prospective players and their agents focussed on a net figure. This could be maximised via the trust mechanism, and moreover could only be afforded by the Club that way. A “deal” would be offered by the Club only on a “take it or leave it” basis, which we accept

I believe the term is "clamped"?

RANGERS will SNUB the SPL if panic-stricken chiefs offer them a dramatic return to the top flight.

SunSport can reveal senior Ibrox figures are against a desperate last-ditch move to re-admit them to a league on the brink of financial meltdown.

Owner Charles Green will have the final say in a row that’s tearing Scottish football apart.

An Ibrox source said: “Mr Green will ultimately make any final decision but he is keen to listen to the fans who want the club to start with a clean slate in Division Three. That’s where we want to go.”

With several top-flight clubs nearing administration, panic has set in.

It’s understood as many as FIVE are now considering allowing newco Gers into the top-flight.

The possibility of a sensational U-turn by bosses who emphatically voted ‘No’ to newco Rangers on July 4 WILL be discussed at the SPL’s AGM at Hampden today.

But Gers would be opposed to any late deals, with many inside Ibrox keen to start again at the bottom.

Meanwhile, Inverness and Aberdeen last night joined Hearts and Dundee United by insisting they will NOT vote to let Gers back in.

Caley Thistle chairman Kenny Cameron said: “We are one of the few clubs with no bank debt, so our position is very far from threatening.

“We continue to hold the position that not allowing ‘newco’ Rangers into the SPL is the correct decision.”
