I see someone saying the crowd 2,400 odd, but I'm sure it was read out as 2,984?
Also, add me to the minority who thought that was a red card. Hamilton was clear and the ref can't not give it just because he's guessing that one of the centre halves might be fast enough to catch him.
If his substitution was tactical then that was a mistake, because despite missing a couple of chances he was a massive nuisance and causing loads of problems to the two centre halves.
Over-excitement by me when typing attendance into the website - fingers all jangly after commentating the second half (and yelling at the winner) for RaithTV
Sent the correct attendance to Kirsteen in the Announcers booth
2984 was the confirmed attendance.

He was for a long time, but he's listed as "Football Operations Manager" on the Contact Us page of the website, and when he was on that Aberdeen podcast previewing the cup game he was talking about registrations etc as part of his remit.
I think he was previously on the Club Staff page too but isn't any more, which would tally with the new guy taking over that side of his duties. Presumably the Contact Us page has just been missed.
I feel bad for speculating about it, Niall seems like a stand-up guy, but I don't think this particular move ties in with the CEO side of things at all. Reading between the lines it looks more like Niall has left the football ops side of things and Allan Halliday is stepping in. Whether that means any change to the media side of things, I've no idea, but I don't see that any of this is something Karen Macartney (or any incoming 'CEO' or similar position) would be directly involved in.
No change to the Media side of things - website "Contact Us" page has now been updated

Hats off to Raith Supporters' Fund contributor David Greig!
David won the most recent quarterly draw, and instantly donated £500 of his winnings back to the Club.
David is currently one of 179 Rovers supporters who make a monthly contribution to the RSF - read more about the Fund and how you can become involved at:

Anyone know how many fans the East stand holds?
It must be 3-3,500ish? If we've sold 2,500ish then I'd imagine it'll feel pretty full.
East Stand at Airdrie holds 2,600. As of yesterday we'd shifted 2,300 and filled 10 busses put on by the club....

Great result at the weekend guys!
We covered the game (and the signing of T[a]mmy Abraham) on this week’s episode of The Auchterarder Chippy - the Scottish Football Podcast in association with Pie and Bovril!
Come for the Raith game, stay for the discussion of Maltese football!
Listened to it - very good show!

You need to be slipping that into your commentary at every opportunity.
If I did, I’d expect (and deserve) a punch in the ribs from Mr Hancock as soon as the words left my mouth1 -
Per JMcG, all three will miss it, plus maybe Matthews. After watching the highlights of the Dundee game, the connection between Kennedy and Abraham, for players with two practices under their belts together, was pretty sweet looking. It may well be that those two mesh perfectly, and Duku may be riding the pine a lot more going forward. Vaughan seems to be rounding into shape too.
Jeezo - “riding the pine” makes it’s return to these pages. I thought you’d binned that one for good [emoji33][emoji33]0 -
The half-time interview on RaithTV from yesterday, like many from this season, was actually just a snippet of a larger interview.
Here is the full version, and includes a more in-depth chat with Keith Wright about his time at the Rovers and Dundee. If you would rather listen to the interview in podcast form, it will go up later today (here is the link to the channel - https://anchor.fm/raithtv/ )1 -
If anyone is after the 95/96 retro strip in medium give me a shout.
I’m interested - have PM’d you0 -
